2、 Quality control points of combing process
1. Quality control points of combing preparation process
(1) The quality of the small roll is better. The small roll should have uniform structure, clear layers, non stick roll and good fiber orientation. It is very important to control the number and total drafting times of the composite, which can fully improve the straightness and smoothness of the fiber; however, if the drafting times are too large, it is easy to make the fiber mature and stick the roll when the small roll unwinds.
(2) Master the even rule. According to the carding characteristics of the hooks before carding and after carding, the process number of combing preparation must be even, generally two.
2. Quality control points of comber
(1) The essence of bow plate positioning is to separate the most tight point of roller after the last row of needle teeth of cylinder pass. The late positioning will cause the separated roller to pour into the tendrils which are grabbed by the last row of needle teeth of the cylinder and brought into the noil.
(2) Choose the right way and length of feeding ① choose the right way according to the quality requirements of the spinning varieties. The drop rate of backward feeding is significantly higher than that of forward feeding. ② Normal law, no matter forward feeding or backward feeding, long feeding length, high yield and poor quality of cotton net; short feeding length, low yield and good quality of cotton net.
(3) It is one of the important factors that affect the output and quality of comber. The output is high when the quantity is high, but it affects the carding quality. It is necessary to select and set the combing capacity and quality requirements of different models of combers.
(4) The general rule of scientific control of the noil rate is that the noil rate of comber is high, the quality of cotton web is good, and the quality of yarn is good. But from the perspective of saving cotton and reducing cost, too high noil rate means high cost. It is necessary to combine the yarn quality requirements with the content of testing noil, reasonably control the noil rate, and try to control it as low as possible under the premise of meeting the quality requirements.
(5) The main task of the comber to control neps, impurities and short fiber rate is to eliminate short fibers, neps and impurities. There is a positive correlation between the quality of combed sliver and the quality of finished yarn. It is an effective way to control the quality of combed sliver to test the quality of combed sliver according to the cycle and to reduce the stage error and eye error. The factory shall eliminate the unqualified sliver of single set and single eye according to the internal control standard.
(6) When the carding interval is to be accurately detected and adjusted, two aspects of inspection and adjustment shall be done at the same time: one is to ensure the consistency of carding interval of each eye, and the other is to ensure the consistency of left, middle and right intervals of single eye cylinder.
Combing process is the last process to eliminate and comb combed products. Only by being familiar with and mastering the quality control points of combing process, can we better implement combing quality control and cost control. The main control points of the preparation process are to improve the fiber's straightness and parallelism, and the small volume is qualified without adhesion; the main points of the comber are to comb reasonably, remove neps, impurities and short fibers as much as possible and reduce the noil as much as possible.
Only by being familiar with and mastering the key points of quality control of each process, managing and controlling each process according to scientific quality control measures and methods, and constantly optimizing the process, can we lay a good foundation for the quality control of each process.
