We have a free vulnerable parts pack for customers with bag closer, including frame needle (10pcs), hook (1pc) , belt (1pc), thread cutter (1pair), sewing machine oil and wrenches (4pcs). AND ALSO, customers can purchase parts in advance.

b. We have one year warranty for Chinese market, but its difficult to do it over the world. We will try to solve all problems that cause by our quality issues.
