It is expected that the cotton planting area in Xinjiang may remain stable this year, while the mainland is expected to continue to reduce due to industrial adjustments and earnings. As of April 6, 2019/20 North Xinjiang local machine picking cotton "Shuang 28" (within 2.5% of impurities) mainstream quote base is in the CF2005 + (400-600) Xinjiang library, lower base quality resources with lower quality; Long-staple cotton quotations fell sharply, with mainstream 137-level offers at around 20,700 yuan / ton, down more than 500 yuan / ton from the previous week.

Other raw materials. As of April 6, the mainstream offer price of 1.4D * 38mm direct-spinning polyester staple fiber in Jiangsu and Zhejiang was 5200-5300 yuan / ton, down 400-500 yuan / ton compared with the previous week. Since March, the offer price of polyester staple fiber has dropped by nearly RMB 2,000 / ton, and sales have dropped significantly. The offer price of 1.5D * 38mm viscose staple in Jilu area is 9000-9200 yuan / ton, which is 300 yuan / ton lower than the previous week, and the sales are average.

Pure cotton yarn. The global epidemic is spreading rapidly, more and more countries are beginning to "close the country" to fight the epidemic, and the number of yarn orders has dropped to freezing point. Purchases and sales in the domestic market have been deserted, and companies have reduced prices to remove inventory. It is understood that downstream orders in Guangdong, Fujian, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and other regions have broken contracts, and enterprises have suffered huge losses. At present, most of the market transactions are dominated by rigid demand, and some enterprises have lowered their production capacity or even taken a holiday to reduce pressure. On April 6, the prices of 21S and 32S combs (rapiers) of a factory in Binzhou, Shandong Province were 18,200 yuan / ton and 19,000 yuan / ton respectively, down 400-500 yuan / ton compared with the previous week. The air spinning market generally fell. The price of OEC12S at a factory in Henan was around 15,000 yuan / ton, down 300 yuan / ton from the previous week. High-count high-density yarns are also under the pressure of low orders and sluggish consumption. A factory in Jiangsu, compact spinning JC80S, has a delivery receipt of 35,200 yuan / ton, down 500 yuan / ton from the previous week. The market is extremely pessimistic, and the textile market may face a new round of reshuffle.

Other yarns. On April 6, the price of pure polyester yarn 32S in Hebei and Shandong fell to around 10,000-10,200 yuan / ton, which was about 700 yuan / ton lower than the previous week; the price of rayon ring spinning R30S was 14,000 yuan / ton.

Imported yarn. Affected by the epidemic, the sales of imported yarn outer disks were less and the prices fell. At present, the after-tax price of C32S in port Indian yarn is 19,600 yuan / ton, and the after-tax price of JC32S knitting is around 22,000 yuan / ton.
