Product Description
Polyester filament sewing thread is made of high tenacity polyester continuous filament. It is heat setted and lubricated with high quality silicone wax, which is smoother gliding into the needle hole. This thread has high tenacity, excellent sewability and abrasion resistance features, it is applicable for shoes, handbags, outerwear, curtains, leather goods, industrial products, etc.

Filament
The filament is including in each single yarn to improve the strength, the strength of the polypoly core yarn is doubles of the 100% spun polyester yarn. The below pic is the filament in the single yarn for your reference.
Yarn twisting
Twisting fiber imparts strength to a yarn. It makes the fibers harder to pull apart lengthways and the yarn therefore harder to break. The twist direction can be Z twist or S twist. Z twist threads are designed for machine sewing. The single ply of polyester yarn are spun with a S twist. 2-9 plies yarn/ thread are spun with an Z twist.

100% polyester spun yarn thread can be divided into 4 types: paper cone(not dyeable yarn), plastic tube(Dyeable yarn), color yarn(Dyed yarn) and sewing thread.
Yarn dyed

Yarn uses
Polyester has properties including high tenacity and durability,able to consequently withstanding strong and repetitive movements,hydrophobic, wrinkle-resistance,stain-resistance.As a result,polyester yarn thread is often used in outerwear, garments ,jackets ,pants, shirts, suits, and bed sheets, carpets, ropes.
