The use of simple PLC can achieve the control function is limited, if the use of high-grade PLC, it is bound to increase the cost of the controller, but also need to increase the corresponding auxiliary control circuit. Using special controller is the development direction of fancy twister, because only specially designed controller can meet all functional requirements of fancy twister. Foreign advanced fancy twister all USES the special controller. There are also many domestic manufacturers to develop their own dedicated controller.
