DT2016—Exploration automatic twisting machine.It is a new machine developed model for line manufacturers to proofing.It’s small and it has a delicate appearance,which can be put in the office area or experimental workshop for operation proofing.We have obtained the national patent for the whole machine.Primary twisting and composite twisting can be used in the same operation plane.It can extend the spindle as well as the length to use all types of spindles according to user’s requirement and the actual situation.

2. Dragon Belt Part

Check whether the Dragon belt has abnormal sound, whether it moves up and down, whether it is wrapped with waste silk, whether it is stained with oil. The abnormal sound of the Dragon belt indicates abnormal operation or wire winding. To check whether the Dragon belt has touched the upper and lower limit wheels, if it touches the height of the tensioning wheel, adjust it from the side of the active belt disc. When twisting right, the Dragon belt rotates clockwise, so check it from the active belt disc when adjusting, and check it clockwise for one week. The movement of the Dragon belt up and down is also caused by the poor position of the tensioning wheel. If the Dragon belt is wrapped with waste silk, a small amount of it can be dealt with when the machine stops, and a large amount of it needs to be dealt with immediately, otherwise the Dragon belt will slip and produce abnormal noise. When the Dragon belt is seriously polluted, the ingot speed will decrease and make abnormal sound. Therefore, the Dragon Belt should be unloaded and cleaned with neutral detergent.
