CNC Hydraulic Bending Press twisting Machine

This machine is designed limiting limit elements analyzing and optimization made of entirely steel structure. Using libration effort to eliminate inner stress, the rigidity of machine is guaranteed.
Slider adopt torsion shaft synchronization mechanism, high-precision twisting axis centering taper bearings at both ends of torsion shaft, and to install loads, can make the workpiece acquire better precision of bending.
The bending angle adjustment by reducer driven by a mechanical block inside the fuel tank, trip counter display value.
Installed long-distance pressure-regulator valve on column right side.
Wallboard inside with manual pumps...
Back gauge adopt grinding plate design, high regulation accuracy.

1. THE WHOLE STRUCTURE OF THE MACHINE
Welded steel plate, the frame consists of right and left wall boards, working table, oil box, groove steel and etc. The stress of the parts has been eliminated by vibration. The machine enjoys high accuracy and high strength and good rigidity.

2. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
It adopts integrated hydraulic control systems which is more reliable and easy for maintenance.

3. SYNCHRO CONTROL SYSTEM
The slide synchro system adopts steel torsion bar synchro system with very simple structure but very high accuracy. 2 ends of slide has 2 synchro fork which make the slides movement is always parallel to the working table. And this will make the movement effect balanced during operation. The system uses upper die compensation to improve the brake precision.
