DT2016—Exploration automatic twisting machine.It is a new machine developed model for line manufacturers to proofing.It’s small and it has a delicate appearance,which can be put in the office area or experimental workshop for operation proofing.We have obtained the national patent for the whole machine.Primary twisting and composite twisting can be used in the same operation plane.It can extend the spindle as well as the length to use all types of spindles according to user’s requirement and the actual situation.

DT2016 is suitable for twisting all kinds of chemical fiber filaments and staples.Products:high-speed sewing thread,embroidery thread,fishing net thread,nylon thread,polypropylene thread etc.

Key challenge for small to medium sized factories is consistent and quality input supply. While asked about this Saiful Islam Khan told, “RMG input materials and services supply chain in Bangladesh has some limitations this is difficult specially for small companies. However we have developed some mechanisms, procedures, SOPs for our fabric accessories and other suppliers. We are working with dyeing factories with strategic partnership and providing them premium price as our orders are usually small quantity.” Mr. Khan added that ‘Manufacture clothing responsibly’ is the main theme of our industry.”

Location & facilities

In 2014, the factory was developed on 3 acres of land in the Konabari-Mouchak area of Gazipur, near Dhaka aimed at making quality clothing. The manufacturing unit is conveniently placed at an area, which is also the hub of many skilled sewing machine operators. The facility not only possesses state of the art machines but also promises a complete safe and congenial work environment for its employees.
