DT2007 High-tech composite twisting machine is a twisting machine with one-step twisting process, upgraded based on DT98 composite twisting machine. Main Technical Date:

Special controllers usually use CRT or LCD as the display interface, and some use LED digital tube for display. With the corresponding operation panel, various control parameters and process parameters can be set and displayed. Complex motion control can be realized by outputting corresponding control signals (frequency signals or voltage/current signals) according to different driving elements. At the same time, it is equipped with corresponding auxiliary control circuit to realize the operation control of the whole machine.

A few years ago, the author successfully developed a controller of fancy twister driven by STD bus system variable frequency speed regulating ac motor. In the next few years, continuously accumulate experience and improve the design to adapt to the more complex production process and control requirements, were developed based on single chip microcomputer type of fancy twister controller and high-grade fancy twisting machine based on industrial PC controller, can meet the requirements of most of the fancy yarn production process, and the corresponding economic benefit were obtained.

The original intention of developing the controller based on single-chip microcomputer is to meet the needs of ordinary fancy yarn spinning machine with low price. Therefore, the design attaches great importance to the performance/price ratio. The control system with single-chip microcomputer as the core has the characteristics of strong control function, small size and low price, which can just meet the needs of this kind of controller.
