The introduction

Compared with ordinary yarns, the production process of fancy yarns is more complicated. Due to the variety of fancy yarns, it is not possible to adapt the single structure to the process requirements of all fancy yarns. Normal spinning machines require only the individual rollers to operate at a constant speed, whereas fancy yarn spinning machines are much more complicated. Only some varieties of fancy wire require the roller to run at constant speed. Fancy yarns, such as knotted yarns, require the control roller of the spinning machine to operate in a piecewise variable speed mode, and some yarns require the control roller to stop or even reverse for a short time. This requires not only the control system itself has the corresponding control function, but also has the corresponding performance good drive element and the transmission system.

In order to meet the needs of practical application, in addition to the basic control functions, the controller should have corresponding auxiliary control functions. These functions include: startup/shutdown transition control; Machine linkage speed regulation function; Spindle forming control function; Counting function and fault protection function and so on.
