Core spun polyester fishing twine is generally used for the high-speed sewing of many garment types, especially those requiring high seam strength. It has some characters of excellent strength tenacity, high resistance to abrasion, chemical resistance, excellent seam strength & appearance, minimize skipped stitches, high productivity, minimize seam puckering, excellent color fastness, extensive color range and so on.

The process conditions of heat setting after finishing of polyester wheel, nylon, fiber and their blended fabric (excluding ammonia wheel) are shown in Table 1 below. (the "time" in the table refers to the hot setting process time of dry cloth).

It should be emphasized that when the liquid content of the fabric is high, it can not directly enter the high temperature zone for heat setting. It should be dried at a low temperature first. It can be realized by adjusting the temperature of each temperature zone in the heat setting machine (from low to high) or through the pre drying machine.

Improper control of drying temperature will also cause problems, such as cotton and viscose fiber will turn yellow above 140 ℃, and high temperature steam generated by excessive drying temperature will make acrylic fiber yellowing and nylon strength will be reduced and yellowing. When the width difference between the dyed and printed semi-finished fabric and the finished fabric is large, it is not allowed to stretch the wet fabric. It is necessary to dry it properly and then conduct high-temperature stretch setting. Of course, if the stretching needle clip chain selected in the heating zone of the heat setting machine is variable, it can be controlled by adjusting the stretching and temperature of each heating zone.
