Causes and treatment of high temperature of screw air compressor
In the case of high temperature in summer, I don't know whether the air compressor will be hot and don't want to work. Of course, this is impossible.
In fact, the possibility of high-temperature failure of screw air compressor is relatively small, because many manufacturers have installed high-temperature defense system in air compressor manufacturers.
Screw air compressor overtemperature generally has the following possibilities:
1. Environment or lack of oil, oil aging.
Because in the long-term operation process, the normal service life of the oil is affected by the unsatisfactory environment. The design of the air compressor room is unreasonable, the ventilation is not smooth, and the heat emitted by the air compressor cannot be discharged outside the air compressor room,
After high temperature air is sucked into the air compressor, the exhaust temperature is too high, which leads to frequent high temperature faults of the air compressor.
The best operating temperature of the air compressor is 30 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. The high temperature and hot weather in summer make the factory workshop more obvious. Therefore, the ventilation system of the air compressor station should be improved as much as possible in summer.
An exhaust fan can be added to the air compression station building, and the air inlet and exhaust outlet are placed on the wall facing the outdoor open space to discharge the hot air of the air compression station building, so as to reduce the temperature.
No heat source with high temperature shall be placed around the air compressor. If the temperature around the machine is high, the suction air temperature will be too high, and the oil temperature and exhaust temperature will rise accordingly.
This problem is common and easy to solve.
If there is a problem with the engine oil, just replace it with a new one, but the air compressor oil is expensive and can only be used from the original factory. Therefore, in order to save costs, we must pay attention to the service environment of the air compressor.
2. The air filter is blocked.
Because most air compressors are used in large factories. Because the environmental protection facilities of the plant can not be guaranteed, there is a lot of dust. The air compressor inhales a lot of dust during air inlet.
Block the air filter, affect the normal operation of the air compressor, and trip at high temperature. Although the air filter is not expensive, long-term frequent replacement affects the service life of the host.
3. The cooler is blocked.
Due to the long-term operation of the air compressor in a harsh environment, the air compressor operates at a high temperature without overload for a long time, there will be carbon deposition in the cooler, so as to block the internal oil circuit, reduce the oil volume in the main engine, and cause the high-temperature air compressor to trip,
Treatment method: after the cooler is disassembled, pour carbon deposition cleaning agent from the inlet of the cooler, soak it for 5 to 6 hours, pour it out, and then purge it with water and high-pressure gas pipe. It can be used only after the water becomes clean.
4. There is a problem with the temperature control valve
Function of temperature control valve: when the air compressor is started, the oil temperature is very low, the temperature control valve is closed, and the oil cannot be cooled through the fan heater. Principle: "the temperature of the air compressor cannot be lower than 75 ℃ for a long time. If it is lower than 75 ℃, there will be a lot of condensate. There are many automatic drain valves for the condensate,
If the drainage is not urgent, the condensate will mix with the oil to lubricate the bearing. I won't say what the bearing will look like if the water is used to lubricate the bearing. " When the temperature of the air compressor reaches above 80 ℃, the temperature control valve will open automatically, and the oil will be cooled by the fan heater, and the temperature will drop.
In general, after-sales service personnel are still allowed to observe and deal with it.
