Four Points for Attention in Maintenance of Twister
Machine maintenance is an indispensable link in daily production. The quality of machine maintenance directly affects the quality of products, so the content and standard of maintenance are very important.
Following are the parts of the twister that need to be checked regularly:
1. Spindle part
Check the flexibility of spindle operation: 1. Remove the spindle; 2. Grasp the stationary disc and gently rotate the rotating disc to check whether the rotation is flexible or not. Is there any noise? Is there a shortage of oil?
If abnormal spindles are found, they are treated in the following order:
(1) Pull the stationary disk out forcefully to separate the stationary disk from the rotating disk. If it is too tight, remove the tension tube and use special fixture to remove it.
(2) Check whether spindle bearings are wrapped with scrap wires, and if so, remove them, and check the flexibility of bearings.
(3) There is no scrap filament winding, but the bearing rotation is not flexible; or after scrap filament removal, the bearing rotation is still not flexible, the special fixture will be used to remove the bearing and replace the new bearing.
(4) Hold the inner ring of the bearing with a tubular fixture and press the bearing in.
_After the upper surface of the bearing is coated with low-torque butter, the static disc is pressed in.
If the spindle foot is short of oil, it should be refuelled immediately.
2. Dragon Belt Part
Check whether the Dragon belt has abnormal sound, whether it moves up and down, whether it is wrapped with waste silk, whether it is stained with oil. The abnormal sound of the Dragon belt indicates abnormal operation or wire winding. To check whether the Dragon belt has touched the upper and lower limit wheels, if it touches the height of the tensioning wheel, adjust it from the side of the active belt disc. When twisting right, the Dragon belt rotates clockwise, so check it from the active belt disc when adjusting, and check it clockwise for one week. The movement of the Dragon belt up and down is also caused by the poor position of the tensioning wheel. If the Dragon belt is wrapped with waste silk, a small amount of it can be dealt with when the machine stops, and a large amount of it needs to be dealt with immediately, otherwise the Dragon belt will slip and produce abnormal noise. When the Dragon belt is seriously polluted, the ingot speed will decrease and make abnormal sound. Therefore, the Dragon Belt should be unloaded and cleaned with neutral detergent.
3. Tension Wheel
The main function of the tensioner is to maintain the tension of the belt and ensure that the transmission does not slip. When adjusting the tension wheel, it is necessary to ensure that the tension wheel rotates flexibly. If the tension wheel rotates flexibly, it will wear the belt. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the smooth transmission of the tension wheel. The structure of the tensioning wheel and the direction of the belt drive need to be adjusted downward if the belt is too high at this time. The steps are as follows: 1. loosen the fastening screw; 2. loosen the left lifting screw, and then screw down the right lifting screw; 3. tighten the fastening screw. Generally, the adjusting range of the Dragon belt is very small, so that the position of the Dragon belt on each tensioning wheel is the same as possible.
4. Check whether the roller is flexible and winding.
If there is winding, when a small amount of winding can be dealt with at the end of the machine; if there is a large number of winding, it will affect its transmission, should stop processing immediately.
