The conditions that the spinning machine should meet at high speed; from the aspects of raw material selection, equipment type, equipment maintenance, reasonable selection of equipment parts, etc., the factors affecting the spinning speed and their countermeasures were analyzed. It is pointed out that the realization of high-speed production of spun yarn is a systematic project, which involves many aspects such as raw materials, equipment, technology, environment and special equipment. It is also a manifestation of enterprise basic management and comprehensive management; Consider to meet the quality requirements and reasonably control the end of spun yarn; cotton spinning companies should combine different varieties and equipment conditions to gradually increase the spinning speed, and through continuous summing up experience, ultimately achieve high-quality, high-speed production.
The realization of high-speed production of ring spinning machines is a long-sought goal of cotton spinning companies.
