How to deal with the disordered yarn caused by the spinning tube de looping?

Because of the high running speed of winder, the spinning tube yarn is easy to be out of loop during unwinding. In the process of winding, we found that there is a phenomenon of back thread blocking near the hairiness preventing nozzle and wax suction mouth of some single spindle tension boxes, which still occurs frequently after cleaning, and this phenomenon often appears in a random form. It can be concluded that this phenomenon is due to the de looping of the spinning tube. In the winding process, the yarn layer which is out of loop passes through the pre cleaner with the high-speed running yarn, passes through the guide plate of the tension box, is cut by the electric cleaning, and then is wound on the drum yarn with the inertia of the upper end yarn. In the process of repeated yarn searching, the big suction nozzle may pull out a yarn from the disordered yarn cluster, pass the electric cleaning detection, and continue winding after splicing with the lower yarn, so disordered yarn will be formed in the drum yarn.

The method to solve the spinning tube yarn de looping

If the spinning tubes of all stands are out of loop, it may be the problem of spinning process configuration. Because the cone-shaped cross winding is adopted for the spinning tubes, and the winding layer and binding layer alternate with each other, the speed and movement of the lifting and lowering of the ring plate will have a great impact on the spinning tube out of loop.

Generally, in the spinning process, the lifting ratio of cam is 1:2, and the moving range of steel ring plate is 46 mm when winding the tube body, (for the 42 mm diameter steel ring, the maximum diameter of the tube yarn is 39 mm, and the value of the lifting range l of the steel ring plate is about 46 Mm), and the winding density is designed in combination with the textile varieties. Generally, the thread pitch of the yarn winding is designed according to 6-7 times of the yarn diameter, which can largely solve the phenomenon of spinning tube yarn de looping. In addition, in order to increase the yarn capacity, if the bottom of the tube is too full, it will also cause the spinning yarn to take off.

If it's individual machine, we can find out the reasons from the aspects of the abrasion of the inorganic parts in the transmission part of the forming cam, whether the key is loose or not. Some machines are the abrasion of the worm gear mechanism or the looseness of the gear box. In addition, we can check whether the rise and fall of the steel ring plate is faltering during the operation. These are the main reasons for the spinning tube yarn unseating.

Because of the high speed of winding and the serious decommissioning of coarse yarn, the intermediate stop is also one of the causes of decommissioning. Therefore, the stop position of the intermediate stop steel ring plate should be adjusted, and the intermediate stop position should be changed to the middle and upper part of the rising motion.

In order to reduce the number of doffing of coarse yarn, the operation management of some factories will change the forming process of the upper part without authorization, reduce the starting position of the steel collar plate, and increase the weight of the tube yarn, so serious doffing of coarse yarn occurs.

There are also some reasons for spinning de looping, such as the yarn head is not properly coiled when changing the steel wire ring, the yarn head falls when dropping, or the low-speed running time is too long after the head is born, and the structure of the winding layer of the yarn is not tight.

In addition, the surface of the tube bottom of the earlier used spinning tube is too smooth or the groove of the surface processing is too shallow, which is the reason for the inner most layer of the spinning tube to take off the loop.
