Inner Quality of Good Tube
The internal quality problems of the tube are mainly the defects of biting, braid and whitening, which are generally caused by hairiness entanglement, yarn retraction after breaking, twisting, repeated grasping of large suction nozzle, etc. The most fundamental reason is the large difference in twist and the poor stability of twist. In order to improve the inner quality of the cylinder, the following measures can be taken.
Reasonable selection of winding speed and tension. Dyed fibers are prone to generate static electricity in the production process. The higher winding speed, the greater static electricity, the more serious yarn strength, yarn evenness and other damage, yarn hairiness, hairiness entanglement, easy to form bites. In addition, winding tension is also a major factor affecting broken ends. Therefore, in actual production, winding speed and tension should be adjusted repeatedly to make it the best.
Stereotyping treatment. In order to reduce yarn bites and braids caused by weaving in the production process, the main purpose is to improve the stability of the yarn. Steaming heat setting and tube yarn placement for 20-24 hours can be adopted before winding. In order to stabilize the twist and reduce the shrinkage, different types of shaping are adopted to balance the fiber stress under unbalanced tension, so as to prevent the uneven twist and the interference of braid twist caused by yarn untwisting in winding. With the increase of yarn stabilization rate, the yarn bite and braid defects will disappear when the yarn is put into production.
Controlling winding reeling rate
For semi-worsted yarns of high grade and high price, it is significant to control the return rate of automatic winder. The following measures can be taken to reduce the return rate.
Choose reasonable groove barrel reversal speed. Under the condition that the error rate of large suction nozzle is as small as possible, the reasonable reversal speed of groove barrel is selected to minimize the amount of suction. The higher the inversion speed is, the more the yarn is sucked, and the more the yarn is returned; the lower the inversion speed is, the shorter the yarn is sucked, and the less the yarn is returned, but the error rate of large suction nozzle is increased correspondingly, and the production efficiency is decreased. Practice has proved that in order to control the recovery rate to a minimum, it is necessary to balance the reverse speed of groove drum and the error rate of yarn uptake.
Clean up anti-twist rod cylinder clip recycling. Cylinder clip recycling of anti-twist rod will directly result in inadequate action of anti-twist rod, inadequate pressure of yarn head, excessive yarn suction by small suction nozzle in splicing process, and waste of recycling. The cylinder should be removed one by one regularly to remove the clip and to lubricate the inner wall of the cylinder with grease to ensure its good function. In addition, adding a felt pad to the outer side of the anti-torsion cylinder can effectively reduce the recycling into the cylinder.
Adjust the spacing of anti-twist brush. Anti-twist brush gauge refers to the horizontal distance between the furthest tip of the brush and the lifting frame of balloon breaker. If the distance is too large, the yarn suction of the small suction nozzle will be excessive. However, if the distance is too small, the yarn will be easily broken by the small suction nozzle, which will affect the success rate of splicing and cause repeated joints and greater waste of reeling. It should be adjusted repeatedly to make it the best.
Reasonable configuration of process parameters. Automatic winder has strong function of checking and picking defects. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality, the technological parameters should be reasonably allocated as far as possible to improve the efficiency of equipment operation, reduce production costs and save wire return.
