Installation, daily management and maintenance of cradle

Cradle is one of the most important drafting parts in the spinning draft pressure device. The pressure, installation, management and maintenance of cradle affect the yarn quality.

Cradle Installation Preparation

1) unpack, take out and wipe the cradle (the manual shall also be taken out and stored together for easy reference, correct installation and adjustment), and place it in a clean place for standby.

2) install the cradle support shaft on the cradle support shaft seat, and fasten the cradle support shaft screws.

3) according to the relevant technical parameters of the cradle, use the cradle strut shaft spacing gauge to correct the distance between the front lower roller and the cradle strut shaft to reach the standard (when the current lower roller diameter is 25 mm, the center distance is 203 mm, and the surface internal spacing is 176.5 mm), and tighten the cradle strut shaft seat screws.

4) loosen the fastening screw of the cradle clamping base, exit for about 2 turns and turn it backward, so that the clamping base can just turn down naturally, place the cradle on the cradle support shaft, make the convex arc of the clamping base clip into the V-groove of the cradle support shaft, and slightly tighten the cradle clamping base screw.

5) lift up the cradle, install the upper roller in the pressure bar clamp spring, and then lower the cradle; align the upper roller with the lower roller groove (knurled), tighten the fastening screws of the cradle clamp base, and preliminarily determine the left and right positions of the cradle.

Daily management and maintenance of cradle

It is very important to do a good job in the daily management and maintenance of the cradle, which is very important to ensure the working state of the cradle, extend the service life of the cradle, give full play to the superior performance of the cradle, and spin high-quality yarn. It is suggested to do the following work well.

1) the overall accuracy of the cradle is guaranteed by the dimensional accuracy of each part. In principle, do not dismantle the parts of the cradle at will, especially the riveted pin shaft (such as 10 mm cradle shaft), thin-walled parts (3 pressure assemblies), spring, etc., so as to avoid affecting the accuracy of the cradle and shortening the service life.

2) under the working state, the working height pointer of the cradle shall not be lower than the zero position. When the spring is under the zero position, it is in the state of parallel compression, which will greatly shorten the service life of the spring, increase the use of electricity, accelerate the wear of the parts, and even make the roller produce torsional vibration.

3) do not directly adjust from the lowest pressure value (120 n / double spindle) of the first gear to the highest pressure value (180 n / double spindle) of the fifth gear in a counterclockwise direction to prevent damage to the pressure regulating device.

4) when disassembling the upper roller, do not use one hand to hold one end and pull it down forcibly. Such operation is easy to deform, fall off and damage the parts, resulting in the decrease of the accuracy of the cradle. Use both hands to hold both ends of the upper roller at the same time, and push the clamp spring backward with the thumb to remove it conveniently.

5) the supporting rod shaft of the cradle shall be numbered to ensure that it is seated according to the number, so as to prevent the large difference between the working height and the pressure of the cradle after being loaded in disorder.

6) the maintenance personnel shall be responsible for the cradle in different areas, and shall patrol in time after going to work every day, and shall correct the cradle with empty ingot in time.

7) check whether the pressure value calibration of the cradle and the working height pointer of the cradle are aligned to the zero position according to the cycle and the key maintenance machine, and adjust them in case of any abnormality.

8) when replacing the front rubber roller with different diameter from the original vehicle, the working height of the cradle shall be re inspected and adjusted to the standard; otherwise, the pressure value and the working height of the cradle will be incorrect.

9) during the overhaul of the equipment, the removed cradle shall be placed in the room in order, and the accumulated flowers and impurities inside the cradle shall be blown out with compressed air. Check whether the pressure value of the cradle and the corresponding number are correct, and whether the upper roller spacing indicator, handle, pressure assemblies and related pin shafts, screws, nuts, clamp springs and working height pointers are loose, tightly rolled, missing, deformed and ground In case of damage, skew or failure, any problem shall be corrected or replaced.
