1, clear flower-cotton grabbing machine

The belongs to holding carding, which breaks the big cotton bunches into small cotton bunches. The opening effect directly affects the rear carding effect; it is also the main area for eliminating large impurities, but the carding force is large, and the amount of short fluff increases. For machine-picked cotton, single-particle impurities are mainly small impurities, and there are also a large number of seeds with fiber. The impurities are light, and it is easy to be wrapped in bundle fibers, which is difficult to eliminate. Only by improving the opening effect, the better the opening effect, the smaller the volume of the cotton bundle, and the more easily the impurities are exposed on the surface of the bundle fiber, which is eliminated by centrifugal force. 4. Cover and cylinder

5. Attach original:


After the bundled fibers are transferred from the licker-in card clothing to the surface of the cylinder card clothing, they must first be subjected to a carding with a rear carding element, especially the use of a rear cotton cleaner, which will greatly reduce the single particle impurities entering the cylinder and the cover. The carding area of the board reduces the carding load of the cover plate and the cylinder, and at the same time reduces the powder of impurities during the carding process and reduces the generation of impurities.
