Improving the operating efficiency of the automatic winder is a comprehensive indicator to measure whether the automatic winder is used scientifically. It can objectively reflect the quality of the bobbin, whether the process parameters are reasonable, whether the workers' operation methods are correct, and whether the equipment maintenance work is in place. In actual production, the author has worked out a set of automatic winder inspection and maintenance methods, which are described below.
1 day maintenance and inspection content
● Observe the computer panel every day, check the display function, view the display data and information, analyze and determine whether the production efficiency and yarn quality have abnormal fluctuations.
● Check whether the yarn catcher of the large and small nozzles has loops, and check whether there are loops or fly jams on the upper suction tube. Once found, remove them in time.
● Check whether the pressure of each barometer meets the specified requirements, and check whether the self-test of all electronic yarn clearer heads is normal.
● Observe the condition of the water separation filter and drain oil and water in time.
● Manually check whether the strength of the splicer joint is qualified, and visually check whether the appearance of the joint is qualified.
2-week maintenance and inspection content
● Use compressed air to clean each splicing joint and spray-wash it with a cleaning lubricant; check the splicer joint strength one by one, and use an instrument to measure whether the yarn splicing strength reaches more than 85% of the original yarn strength; check and clear the yarn channel Part of the silk and flying flowers.
● Clean the detection area of the yarn clearer detection head, blow it with compressed air or scrape the dirt with a plastic rod, use absolute alcohol or pure gasoline as the cleaning agent, and brush off the sticky dirt.
● Plug the plastic test rod into the monitoring area of the clearer detection head. The cutting holder of the winding spindle must perform a cutting action to check the function of the electronic clearer to cut the running yarn defect.
● Correct the distance between the large nozzle and the package to keep it between 2 mm and 3 mm.
● Remove the dust and flying flowers in the dust pipe and the horn-shaped net cover and the centrifugal fan to keep the channel open; clear the flying flowers on the tension device to make the tension free; Keep its air volume and cleanliness.
● Check all kinds of porcelain openings, timely replace missing and damaged porcelain openings; check the tension of the belt of the suction motor; check whether the function of the empty tube transport device mechanism is good, and handle the entanglement and rewinding; check whether the yarn bank is rotating normally Remove dirt from the yarn storage.
Car maintenance and inspection content
The cycle is once a month. The work content and requirements are as follows.
● Thoroughly clean the yarn channel of each winding spindle to remove the fly and loops that adhere to each part.
● Use compressed air to remove the fly and dust in the front box, the filter of the vacuum cleaner, the air outlet of the winder blower, and the empty tube storage at the rear.
● Remove the winding spindle cover and spray-wash it with cleaning lubricant; clean all kinds of transparent plastic pipes; remove the loops on the rotating parts of the two conveyor belts and spray-wash with the cleaning lubricant;
● Remove the loop on the pulley of the push tube yarn trolley, and add an appropriate amount of lubricant to the pulley.
● Clean the cutting and clamping mechanism, check the cutter capacity, and cut the yarn ends evenly.
● Remove dust and accumulated wax shavings from the waxing device.
● Before driving, check whether the self-inspection of all electronic yarn clearer heads is normal.
● When cleaning the large suction nozzle, observe whether its surface is smooth, not allowed to carry yarn, and whether the distance from the surface of the package is 2 mm to 3 mm.
