Comparatively speaking, the cluster spinning has higher speed, less hairiness, lack of lubrication and poor heat dissipation. It is necessary to select the ring shape with larger contact area between the ring and the ring, so as to better heat dissipation and improve the running time of the ring.

In the selection of the coil number, it is necessary to optimize and configure the coil according to the type of yarn. According to the comprehensive consideration of cotton blending index, generally speaking, if the fiber quality is poor and the fiber length is short, the number of steel wire rings should be reduced by 1-2, so as to reduce yarn breakage. When the fiber quality is good and the fiber length is long, the number of steel wire rings should be increased by 1-2, so as to improve the yarn index.

In production, the service life of compact spinning coil is generally about 10 days. In tracking a domestic and foreign brand coil for a service life of hairiness and spinning instantaneous break tracking test, the experimental results show that when the domestic coil is used for 120 hours, the number of 5 mm and 6 mm hairiness has been slightly higher than that of the foreign brand coil for 216 hours, when it is used for 216 hours, the flying ring is strict Heavy, can not guarantee the normal production of spinning process, and when the foreign steel wire ring is used to 240 hours, its spinning instantaneous break also has the best state when 2.82 ‰ rises to 3.54 ‰.

Through the above tracking test, it can be seen that in a service cycle, with the continuous growth of the service cycle of the wire coil, the yarn hairiness and the instantaneous end breakage of the spinning vary in varying degrees. Therefore, in the production, the reasonable selection of the wire coil and the reasonable determination of the service cycle are a decisive factor to determine the end breakage of the spinning.

Reasonable selection of cots and determination of service cycle

The reasonable selection of the front cot and the service cycle directly affect the yarn breakage rate. In the actual production, it is found that the yarn line drying and CVB have no obvious change when the moving range of compact spinning is 4 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm. Therefore, without affecting the yarn evenness, it is better to master the spinning process in a large way, about 5mm, and about 2 months. The spinning process is small, the service cycle of COTS is shortened, yarn breakage is increased, consumption is increased, and the labor volume of workers is also increased.

Reasonable selection of grid circle and control of its use state

As a special part of concentrated negative pressure suction compact spinning, the number of broken ends of spinning is directly affected by the grid ring. In the use of grid ring, first of all, the type of grid ring should be determined according to the actual production. In the production of pure cotton, the grid ring with anti-static treatment should be preferentially selected to prevent the increase of yarn breakage caused by grid ring accumulation or entanglement.

At the same time, the service cycle of grid circle should be reasonably determined, generally within 6 months. However, in the 6-month service life, it is recommended to get off the machine for picking, and then put on the machine for use, to prevent yarn breakage caused by accidental damage of grid ring during the use. At the same time, in the use process, the grid circle shall be cleaned in each sweeping cycle. In the cleaning process, it shall be handled with care to prevent damage to the grid circle caused by collision and increase of yarn breakage.

Selection of pressure bar

The index of pressure bar is better than that of spacer. The smaller the pressure bar, the better the index. However, the smaller the pressure bar, the stronger the control ability of the fiber, the greater the impact on the internal structure of the yarn, and the greater the impact on the subsequent process. At the same time, the smaller the pressure bar, the more likely it will cause the spinning process to appear the phenomenon of hard end and roving, resulting in the increase of yarn breakage. Therefore, in the selection of pressure bar, we should consider yarn quality and yarn breakage to select pressure bar. Generally speaking, when the yarn index is qualified, the pressure bar should be larger, so as to reduce the breakage and consumption.
