The reason for the hairiness of the automatic winder is because the speed of the automatic winder is about 3 times higher than that of the ordinary trough, and there is still an increasing trend. The growth control of the hairiness naturally becomes an important issue for the high-speed development of the winder. Hairiness is a companion product in the processing of cotton fibers, and it can only be reduced and it cannot be eliminated. The general rule is that spun yarn grows and grows on the simplification. The increase of the hairiness index of the winding is generally 3 to 5 times higher than that of the spun yarn. Above this critical value, the yarn quality will be deteriorated. Even though the growth of spun hairiness can be controlled in compact spinning, the growth to the winding cannot be eliminated.
The reason for the increase in hairiness from spun yarn to the winder is mainly due to the changes in the hairiness between the spun yarn and the winder: for example, when the spun yarn is running, the spindle running direction is clockwise; the traveller running direction is clockwise; because The speed of the traveler is lower than the speed of the spindle, and the winding direction of the yarn is clockwise. The roller speed of the spun yarn is clockwise, the running direction of the rubber roller of the spun yarn is counterclockwise, and the movement direction of the twist when the sliver is twisted is from the right to the left, and the fiber is affected by the movement during the twisting and compacting process. It has the effect of displacement deviation, and side fibers and planktonic fibers appear, resulting in hairiness.
When the winder is unwound, the winding direction of the winder is counterclockwise, the winding direction of the package is clockwise, the spun bobbin is wound in the forward direction, and the unwinding direction is the reverse unwinding. When intense friction occurs, hair feathers grow long. Controlling the hairiness growth of the winder is essentially reducing the change in hair shape and direction caused by turning. By selecting the winding speed and the unwinding tension selection, the winding hardness is preferred, the balloon control ring is installed, the spinning range of the spinning yarn is increased, the basic maintenance of the equipment is strengthened, and the measures of reducing the number of rewinds are controlled, which can effectively reduce the winding The growth of hairiness can achieve the purpose of improving yarn quality.
In addition, in order to reduce the hairiness of the winder, the following points need special attention:
(1) The degree of smoothness of the yarn guide channel has a great influence on hairiness, especially the channel tiles are severely broken, burrs, dropped, and lost. It has a large frictional resistance to the sliver and generates a large amount of static electricity, which makes the tube hairiness. Obviously increase, regularly check the intactness of the tiles, and replace them in time if damaged to ensure that the passage is smooth and clean.
(2) The position between the large suction nozzle and the bobbin should be adjusted correctly. If the position is too far, the large suction mouth cannot catch the yarn, which affects the efficiency. If the position is too close, the large suction mouth and the bobbin will easily rub and produce hairiness. The position between the large suction nozzle and the bobbin needs to be regularly checked and adjusted.
(3) The position of the ingot angle should be adjusted, and some ingot angles are found to be incorrect in production. The air balloon is not correct during the untwisting process, and the yarn and the balloon breaker are unevenly rubbed, resulting in hairiness.
(4) The gear of the tension device is relatively worn, which causes the tension disc to not rotate or rotate unevenly, causing scratches to the yarn, resulting in hairiness and regenerated neps. It is necessary to repair and replace the poor function of the tension device to ensure normal work.
(5) Process parameters. Winding process parameters are closely related to the number of yarn hairiness. Too high and too low speed and too much tension can increase hairiness. Reasonably reducing the self-winding speed is an important measure to reduce hairiness.
