Recently, the China Textile Industry Federation organized and held a project appraisal meeting on "key technology and industrialization of ultra-high count yarn processing of fine denier regenerated cellulose fiber" jointly completed by Fujian xinhuayuan Textile Group Co., Ltd., Donghua University and Guangshan white shark needle cloth Co., Ltd. in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. The appraisal committee is composed of experts from industry associations, universities, scientific research institutes and enterprises.
In this project, a special tooth profile is designed for regenerated cellulose fiber and treated with composite coating technology, which improves the carding effect and quality; In order to meet the industrialization demand of ultra-high count yarn of fine denier regenerated cellulose fiber, the process technology of each process is systematically studied, and a systematic industrialization scheme of ultra-high count yarn of fine denier regenerated cellulose fiber is established by reasonably configuring process and special equipment. Through technological breakthrough, the project has realized the industrialized production of ultra-high count yarn of fine denier regenerated cellulose fiber.
The appraisal committee listened to the report of the undertaking unit, visited the production site, had interactive exchanges with the members of the project team, spoke highly of the project products and believed that the technology of the project has reached the international advanced level.
According to the undertaking unit of the project, in order to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise and promote the high-quality development of the industry, the development of series products will be accelerated on the basis of the achievements, so as to meet the market demand and meet the high-quality requirements of high-end brand customers for ultra-high count yarn of regenerated cellulose fiber.
