The cause and solution of the card's Xilin sticking? Why are the flowers embedded in the combed cylinder?

Question 1: what is the cause of the card's Xilin sticking? How to solve it?

Answer: the main reason for the sticking of Xilin is the running wallboard flower, and the main part of the running wallboard flower is between the Xilin and the big leak bottom (the fiber in this part is not controlled, only depends on the holding of the needle tip of the Xilin, with a large degree of freedom). The reason for running is the air flow problem.

Problem analysis:

1) the old machine, such as A186 type big leak bottom, has two parts: front and back. If the combination part of front big leak bottom and back big leak bottom is low in front and high in back, the air flow will run to both sides when it is blocked, and the fiber brought out will fill the wall panel;

2) if the distance between the left and right sides of the bottom leakage and the cylinder is too large, the air flow will flow to the side with large distance and bring out the wallboard flowers;

3) if the distance between the inlet and outlet of the large leakage bottom is not matched, the internal pressure of the large leakage bottom is too high, which causes the airflow to flow outward and bring out the wallboard flower.

Solution:

1) ensure the mechanical state and uniform air flow;

2) each side of the cotton guide plate on both sides of the feeding roller shall be narrowed by 2 cm inward to reduce the width of the feeding roll, so as to alleviate the traffic jam (especially better to solve the traffic jam on both sides of the thorn roller);

3) properly reduce the separation distance of the inlet of the large leak bottom (reduce the air flow into the large leak bottom, which can relieve the internal pressure), check whether the separation distance between the two sides of the large leak bottom is consistent, and pay attention to the two air intakes under the large leak bottom to keep unobstructed; after the large leak bottom inlet is reduced, observe whether there is any flower accumulation at the inlet of the large leak bottom, if any, it can not be reduced, it can be adjusted through the outlet of the large leak bottom.

Question 2: what are the reasons for the inlay of combed tin?

Answer: a) the first row of cylinder pins is broken or tilted: the combing of fiber whiskers by combing cylinder belongs to holding combing, that is, the upper and lower clamp plates hold the back end of the whiskers, and each row of cylinder pin teeth successively pierce into the whiskers from the grip of the clamp lip, and carry out split combing from the back to the front, so the fiber resistance of the first row of cylinder pin teeth is the largest, which is prone to wear and fatigue fracture first. In addition, the fatigue fracture of the first row of needle teeth will be accelerated if the tooth density in the front area of the cylinder is too large or the working angle of the needle teeth is too small, or the quenching of the part of the needle teeth is not enough, and the hardness of the tooth tip is not enough.

B) unreasonable rack density transition: each rack of embedded sawtooth cylinder has the same size, so different racks can be interchanged and freely combined. However, the combination of racks with different densities should be coordinated reasonably, otherwise, the first row of needles of over dense racks will be easily inlaid because of fiber filling the bottom of the teeth. For example, in order to reduce the neps of combed sliver, the rack density of a 90 ° embedded cylinder is designed as 43 teeth / cm2, 43 teeth / cm2, 84 teeth / cm2, 228 teeth / cm2 and 266 teeth / cm2. Due to the great difference between the third rack and the fourth rack, it was found that the first row of pins of the fourth rack appeared inlay shortly after the comber was running. We immediately changed the fourth rack to a rack with a density of 199 teeth / cm2, and the inlay problem was solved.

C) poor brush condition: the depth of the brush into the cylinder, the wire speed ratio between the brush and the cylinder, the elasticity, linear density and stiffness of the brown hair of the brush directly affect the surface roughness of the cylinder, or even inlay.

D) high sugar content of raw cotton: when the sugar content of raw cotton is high, a large amount of sugar in raw cotton will liquefy and precipitate due to heat and moisture absorption, which increases the adhesion of raw materials, which is not conducive to the opening and carding of raw cotton, nor to the removal of impurities, resulting in a large number of large adhesion impurities entering into the combed small volume. When the comber combs the small roll, the large adherent impurities will be stuck in the tooth gap of the front area of the cylinder to form a mosaic.
