In the production of CJ 9.7 tex products, the quality indexes such as strip drying and strength meet the user's requirements, but in the preparation process, there will be the phenomenon of warping and breaking ends exceeding the standard. It is found that this problem can be solved by reducing winding tension and strength loss.

ESPERO-M type automatic winder used by the company, when producing CJ 9.7tex products, the winding speed is 1100m / min, and the winding tension was originally set to 5 grids. However, due to the long winding process, the package density is far larger than that of the ordinary drum, which is the main reason why the yarn is embedded in the package surface after the warping and breaking. If the winding tension is adjusted to 2 grids and the winding speed is adjusted to 900m / min, the package is well formed and the winding density is appropriate. In view of the problem that the warping broken ends are mainly distributed in the period of large bobbin, it is considered that the air ring is smaller when the large bobbin is unwound, and the friction between the unwound yarn section and the surface of the bobbin is large, so it is decided to change the bobbin from 1.67kg to 1.19kg in small package (the original package of 25kg yarn packs 15 bobbins, now it packs 21 bobbins).

With the rapid development of weaving equipment, there are some new problems in the production. In terms of warping and breaking ends, the production factors are relatively complex, involving many links in the production process. To improve the basic strength of the yarn and reduce the strength weak ring of the original yarn is the key to solve the problem. In addition, from winding to warping, each processing link will reduce the elasticity and breaking elongation of the original yarn, reduce the winding tension, maintain the original yarn extensibility, reduce the accidental friction and stretch become particularly critical.

Warping creel is an important part of warping machine. With the continuous improvement of warping speed, the requirements of creel are higher and higher. The creel should not only meet the most basic technological requirements of warping, but also reduce the change of yarn tension in warping process as much as possible, improve warping quality, shorten the stopping time of changing drum as much as possible, and improve the production efficiency of warping machine.

In order to meet the requirements of high-speed warping and high-quality yarn warping, the following problems need to be solved: first, yarn high-speed adaptability, that is, less yarn breakage rate; second, to solve the difference of warping tension and improve the uniformity of yarn tension; third, to improve warping efficiency and reduce the auxiliary time around the creel.

At present, some domestic enterprises have developed a large "V" type creel. When hundreds of creels are unwound, the yarn drawing route will reduce the friction to the lowest level without tension disc, guide porcelain eye and angle guide, which is conducive to high-speed yarn drawing. However, how to reduce the yarn tension difference of warp yarns is very important. It requires that all the clamping plates have good synchronous performance in making and stopping. The large "V" type creel chain and its transmission mechanism have high transmission accuracy to ensure the accurate positioning of the cylinder. Secondly, the sensitivity and efficiency of the yarn breaking self-stop monitor and the blowing cleaning device are also important to affect the uniformity of warping tension. Factor. In a word, there are many problems related to the creel, which seems to be a small problem, but it is also a big problem that is difficult to solve, so it is necessary to do in-depth research and discussion. In addition, the material of equipment parts and the selection of electronic components, especially the performance and quality of electronic components will also directly affect the possibility of the whole equipment.

Method 3 improvement of drum structure

Reduce maintenance workload

1452A (g) warper is driven by motor (model: Y132M-8, 3KW, 710 RPM), which directly drives the drum through V-belt. The brake mode of the machine belongs to the motor energy consumption brake with large brake force. Due to the rapid start and braking of the drum, short time and frequent braking in operation, the key and keyway at the connection between the drum shaft head and the belt pulley bear the torsional stress repeatedly, which makes the keyway extremely easy to wear out, and the phenomenon of large gap between the key and keyway and large vibration when opening and closing the car, which affects the normal start-up and maintenance is more troublesome. After several times of rectification, the company removed the key and keyway at the connection between the roller shaft head and the pulley, directly transformed and processed them into a taper of 1:12, adopted tight fitting, the shaft head was 3mm ~ 5mm shorter than the pulley, and tightly pressed the pulley with M18 reverse screw and stop.

At present, the company has transformed 8 warping machine rollers, of which the longest transformation time has been more than 10 years, and the operation is normal. This method is easy to operate, which can obviously reduce the parking and broken cars caused by this problem, improve the production efficiency, reduce the maintenance workload, and reduce the consumption.

In addition, the cantilever self weight pressure winding mechanism of 1452A warper can also be designed as a parallel pressure winding mechanism of the warper, which is an effective measure to solve the problem that the warper is easy to trip oil and damage the parts. The test shows that when the warp shaft is wound for 5000 meters in the cantilever pressure mechanism, its runout amplitude is 1.5 mm ~ 4 mm. When it is wound for 10000 meters, its runout amplitude is 10 mm ~ 12 mm. The warp shaft operates stably and can work normally. At the same time, the position of this kind of mechanism's warp axis is low. When the full axis falls, the warp axis can be transported by crane or lifting equipment.
