Various Control Measures for Spindle Differences in Spinning

To reduce the differences in spinning and spinning between spinning spindles, the focus should be on the unwinding, drafting mechanism and related components:


1. Roving hanging spindle: It is required to be flexible and aligned with the position of the spinning spindle. Pay attention to the positioning of the hanging spindle beside the roving stand column. Do not make the roving sliver scratched by the friction of the guide bar arm. Unwinding. (Do not cross feed the two adjacent roving slivers during operation).


2.Flame mouth: It is required to be firmly fixed on the flat iron, and the corresponding stroke range should be determined according to different spinning methods and adjusted appropriately so that it is basically located in the middle of the rubber roller when it is traversed. To the middle of the rubber roller); the inside should be smooth and free of burrs, no damage, no dirt, no oily dirt, no accumulated flowers, etc.


3. Cradle: The cradle seat should be fixed on the cradle rod and cannot be loose. It is required to work normally. Use a digital pressure gauge to correct the pressure of the front, middle, and third gears one by one, and control according to the standard pressure ± 5 Newton. Be consistent, the rubber roller, iron shell, and upper pin on the bracket must be parallel to the rollers (unqualified cradle claws and clamping springs must be replaced in time), and the pressure position must be correct. The spring cradle should pay attention to ensure the spring force of the spring to prevent failure, and the unqualified should be replaced in time, and the service cannot be overdue; the pneumatic cradle should pay attention to ensure the stability and balance of the air pressure.


4. Roller and roller bearings: Rollers require solid support, work normally, runout <0.03mm, fast and flexible rotation; roller surfaces must be intact, without damage, and clean. When cleaning the car, use a copper brush to clean the grooves, and then wipe with a soft cloth moistened with absolute alcohol or gasoline to completely remove the cotton wax and small impurities on the surface. Roller bearings must be intact and flexible, refuel on time, check the uniformity of the rotation of the roller bearings and the roller neck every day, and find out the unqualified items in time.


5. Roller distance: The roller distance gauge must be used to correct the accuracy. After the front rollers are leveled, the front, middle and front and rear roller distances must be carefully calibrated. The looseness and tightness are limited to 0 ~ 0.03mm. The adjustable roller gauge must be calibrated with a vernier caliper before each use. If necessary, the front and middle roller gauge can be made into a fixed value such as 18 or 17.5mm.


6.Position of the rubber roller, upper iron shell and upper pin: the front impulse relative to the front roller center, the upper iron shell and the rear rubber roller are centered, and the rear roller center must be accurate and consistent. The leading edge of the down-sale must be the same principle. In the pressurized state, visually check the distance between the upper apron jaw and the surface of the front rubber roller (commonly known as the first-line sky separation). It is better not to see the difference. So it is required).


7. Upper pin intermediate leaf spring (not required if it is a carbon fiber upper pin): If it is found that the pressure difference is large or the installation is not in place, it should be replaced or adjusted in time, usually all once every 2 to 3 years.


8. Upper and lower pins (If it is a carbon fiber upper pin, the upper pin does not need to be reshaped): The upper and lower pins need to be completely checked and reshaped and repaired every 4 to 6 months, and use special tools according to quality standards. Do not use the lower pin as a crowbar when working (common bad behavior).


9. Gauge block and rubber ring jaw: It is suitable to use arc-shaped single-sided gap block with 0.25mm bins. The gap block on the same type of machine should not only have the same specifications and colors, but also each gap block. The left and right feet should be pressed down on the front surface of the lower pin at the same time. The apron jaws should be flush, that is, the upper pin should be flush with the leading edge.


10. Tensioner hook of lower rubber ring: Check the tensioner hook of the lower rubber ring every time you drive the car. It is advisable to swing flexibly and to have a good tension to eliminate unqualified tension and over-tightening.


11. Rubber ring: The type, manufacturer, new and old of the rubber ring, etc. must be the same for each vehicle of each type. It is necessary to establish a reasonable replacement and scrap cycle. The cleaning cycle of the aprons should be determined according to the type of spinning. After picking the aprons that are cleaned after getting off the car, they should be washed and dried with a special cleaner. To change the rubber ring in cold weather, the rubber ring must be preheated before getting on the car, and it should be brought to the same or similar temperature as the workshop before getting on the car.


12. Rubber roller: It should be finely produced and regrind regularly to eliminate the difference from the rubber roller itself, and it must be cleaned and used normally. It is required that the diameter, service life, manufacturer, model, and surface treatment of the same and different types of rubber rollers must be the same; in order to ensure the perfect operation of the front rubber rollers on the machine, a special person or part-time staff must be responsible for the machine touch Roller, timely find out the bad rubber roller before picking out. In the cold weather, when you pick up the car and change the rubber roller, you must preheat the rubber roller before getting on the car to make it reach the same or similar temperature as the workshop.
