Various control measures for the most difficult spindle difference in spinning

In order to reduce the difference of yarn evenness and weight between spindles, it is necessary to focus on unwinding, drafting mechanism and relevant parts

1. Roving spindle. It is required to be flexible, aligned with the spinning spindle position, pay attention to the positioning of the lifting spindle beside the column of the roving frame, and do not make the roving bar be scratched by the friction of the support arm of the guide bar. The position of the guide bar shall be suitable for the unwinding of the roving lifting spindle. (during operation, the adjacent 2 roving slivers shall not be fed crosswise).

2. Bellmouth. It is required to be firmly fixed on the flat iron, determine the corresponding range of motion according to different spinning methods and adjust it appropriately, so that it is basically located in the middle of the cot when it moves horizontally (if there is no guide motion, it is also required to be basically located in the middle of the COT); the interior shall be clean and free of burrs, damage, dirt, oil dirt, flower, etc.

3. Cradle. The cradle base shall be fixed on the cradle support bar without looseness. It is required to work normally. Use digital pressure gauge to calibrate the front, middle and back pressure one by one, and control according to the standard pressure ± 5 Newton; "three open positions" shall be consistent. The rubber roller, iron shell and upper pin on the bracket shall be parallel to the roller (unqualified cradle claw and circlip shall be replaced in time), and the pressure position shall be correct. The spring cradle shall pay attention to the spring force to prevent failure, and the unqualified ones shall be replaced in time without overdue service; the air cradle shall pay attention to the stability and balance of air pressure.

4. Roller, roller bearing. The roller shall be supported firmly and work normally, with diameter jump of less than 0.03mm and flexible rotation; the roller surface must be complete without damage and clean. When cleaning the car, clean the groove with a copper brush, and then wipe with a soft cloth stained with anhydrous alcohol or gasoline to thoroughly remove the cotton wax and small impurities adhered on the surface. Roller bearing shall be in good condition and operate flexibly, oil shall be added on time, uniformity of rotation of roller bearing and roller neck shall be checked every day, and unqualified items shall be removed in time.

5. Roller spacing. The roller gauge must be used for correction, so that there is basically no difference in accuracy. After the front roller is leveled and calibrated, the spacing between the front roller, the middle roller and the rear roller shall be carefully calibrated, and the loosening and tightening shall be within 0-0.03mm. The adjustable roller spacing gauge must be calibrated with vernier caliper before each use. If possible, the front and middle roller spacing gauge can be made into fixed value such as 18 or 17.5mm.

6. Positioning of rubber roller, upper iron shell and upper pin. The front rubber roll shall be accurate and consistent with the front punch, upper iron shell and rear rubber roll respectively, and the front edge of the upper pin shall be flush with the front edge of the lower pin. Under the pressure state, it is better to visually check the distance between the rubber ring jaw and the front rubber roller surface (commonly known as the first-line spacing), so as not to see the difference (this is also required for the first-line spacing when the varieties are changed and the spacing blocks are adjusted).

7. Upper pin middle leaf spring (not required if it is carbon fiber upper pin). If it is found that the pressure difference is large or the installation is not in place, it shall be replaced or adjusted in time. Generally, all the left and left parts shall be replaced once in 2-3 years.

8. Upper and lower pins (if carbon fiber upper pin, upper pin shaping is not required). The upper and lower pins shall be calibrated, reshaped and repaired every 4-6 months, and shall be carried out with special tools according to the quality standard requirements. Never use the lower pin as a crowbar when working (common bad behavior).

9. Spacer block, rubber ring jaw. The circular arc single-sided spacing block should be used and divided into 0.25mm. The spacing block on the same type of machine platform should not only have the same specification and color, but also the left and right feet of each spacing block should be pressed down on the surface of the front plane of the lower pin at the same time. It is better to use a 0.05mm feeler gauge instead of inserting it. The rubber ring jaw shall be flush, that is, the upper pin shall be flush with the front edge of the lower pin.

10. Lower the rubber ring tension hook. Check the tension hook of the lower rubber ring every time when wiping the car. It is better to swing flexibly and tension well, and eliminate the unqualified phenomena such as over tension and over loosening.

11. Rubber ring. The model, manufacturer, new and old matching, etc. of the rubber ring must be the same for each vehicle of each type. A reasonable replacement and scrap cycle should be established. The cycle of leather ring cleaning shall be determined according to the type of spinning. After the leather ring is selected, it shall be washed and dried with special detergent. Replace the rubber ring in cold weather, and preheat the rubber ring before boarding, and make it reach the same or similar temperature with the workshop before boarding.

12. Cots. To fine production, regular back grinding, from the cot itself to eliminate the difference to the minimum, normal cleaning and use to be correct. It is required that the diameter, service life, manufacturer, model and surface treatment of the front and rear cots of the same type must be the same; in order to ensure the sound operation of the front cots on the machine, a special person or part-time personnel must be assigned to touch the cots on the machine every day, and timely find out the defective front cots. In cold weather, when cleaning and replacing the rubber roller, the rubber roller must be preheated before getting on the vehicle, so that it can reach the same or similar temperature with the workshop before getting on the vehicle.
