The European Union issued a revised plan on April 26, reducing the list of masks, glasses and protective clothing that require export authorization, expanding the geographical scope of partners with closely integrated supply chain, and requiring member states to quickly approve export authorizations for humanitarian purposes. The revised plan also requires Member States to report authorization to the European Commission.
