Composite coating penetration technology is adopted to coat super hard wear-resistant material on the surface of card clothing, so as to improve the second point hardness of metal card clothing and reduce the surface roughness The wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant life of card clothing is more than twice that of similar products.

The project technology has independent intellectual property rights, 1 invention patent has been published, and 7 utility model patents have been authorized. The product of the project has been tested by the national textile equipment quality supervision and inspection center, and the technical performance indexes meet the requirements of industry standards. In the actual use of spinning factory, carding quality is stable and service life is significantly improved, which is highly praised by users.
