List of textile and clothing products with extended tariff exclusion in US 301 investigation
In response to the novel coronavirus pneumonia, the US Trade Representative Office (USTR) announced the four batch of medical products to exclude the extension of validity period in December 22, 2020. It is decided to extend the validity period of the additional tariff exclusion for four batches of medical protection products, involving 99 medical protection products, with the exclusion period from January 1, 2021 to March 31, 2021.
Recently (March 5, 2021 us time), USTR continued to extend the validity of the exclusion list for the four batches, effective from April 1, 2021, and valid until September 30, 2021.
There are 99 products that have been extended this time, including 23 textile and clothing product tax numbers (including 17 completely excluded products). The specific excluded products are shown in the table.
