The dust concentration of the air in the carding workshop is required to be less than 3mg / m3. The dust concentration of the air filtered by the dedusting equipment shall not be higher than 30% of the allowable dust concentration of the air in the workshop, that is, the general requirement is less than 0.9mg/m3. From the point of view of air conditioning, after the dust collection device is used in the carding machine, the air conditioner will supply air upward and exhaust air downward to form the air flow of air upward and downward, so as to make the fresh air pass through the operation area, prevent the cotton dust flying in the workshop, reduce the difference of temperature and humidity in the workshop, and make the air flow route in the workshop reasonable, which is conducive to the adjustment of temperature and humidity.
