The main components of the twister are the upper ingot, the lower ingot and the lifting collar. The control system consists of touch screen MT4300LPLCK306EX step 2M1160 converter. The frequency converter separately controls the speed of the upper and lower ingots, and the stepper motor controls the movement of the lifting collar plate. The touch screen monitors the operation of the system in real time through parameter setting and operation. PLC centralizes the operation of each component.
The working principle is that the upper spindle wire is released by the unwinding motor. The winding of the twisted yarn in the lower spindle of the winding motor determines the positioning parameters of the swing stroke of the stepping motor by setting the parameters of the lifting collar plate, the inclined edge height and the differential displacement on the touch screen, and then reaches the winding drum of different shapes; the twisting degree of different yarns is determined by the speed of the winding motor and the speed of the winding motor set by the touch screen. From single-filament twisting, merging, compound twisting and other processes, the same machine last completed, completed the production of goods to 10,000 meters without end demand.
