Main Technical Date:

Usually, frequency conversion governor provides three kinds of external speed control signal interface: current/voltage signal control, external terminal control and serial communication interface control. This controller USES external terminal control, through 3 external terminal different connection combination can be 8 different speeds, with a band switch can achieve this control.

The LED display and operation panel are divided into left and right parts, the left side is the 4-bit function and pointer display area, and the right side is the 4-bit numerical display area. The first bit on the left is the display of operation status, the second bit is the display of roller serial number, the third bit is the display of time period pointer, and the fourth bit is the display of speed segment pointer. There is an operation key at the bottom of each display, namely state key, roller key, time key and speed key. The increment key and decrement key are set under the numerical display area. Pressing the state key can make the state display R, C, R, P and E in turn, respectively representing the setting state, running state, parameter reading and parameter writing state.

In the setting state, the current running parameters can be modified. Pressing the roller key can make the roller display 1, 2, 3 and 4 in turn, respectively referring to 4 control rollers. The time or speed key can make the time or speed display 0-9 in turn, respectively, and indicate the time or speed between the 0th and the 9th paragraph respectively. At this time, the corresponding numerical display is the corresponding time or speed value. At this point, pressing the increment key or decrement key can modify the displayed parameters within the specified range. In order to set the operation mode, a no. 0 roller display is specially added. When the roller display is 0, the corresponding value is displayed as the operation mode.
