The "three concentricity" of the ring spinning machine requires that the center line of the ring, the center line of the spindle and the center line of the small inner hole of the yarn guide be on the same vertical line, that is, the coaxiality requirements of the three. The state of "three concentric" has a greater impact on the yarn hairiness, minimum strength, evenness and other indicators, especially on the rate of end breakage per thousand spindles.


If the adjustment of "Three Concentric" is not good, it will greatly increase the yarn breakage, which will increase the amount of rubber rollers, reduce the production rate, and increase the cotton consumption; it will also cause occasional defects such as flying flowers attached, and increase the workload of the stopper. , Reduce the number of stands and increase the cost of ton yarn. Therefore, how to calibrate the "three concentricity" quickly, efficiently, and with high precision has become a reality demand of textile enterprises.


There are two ways to realize the "three concentric" correction: ①Traditional linear correction method—knock the spindle (part of the machine is a steel collar) and a hanging hammer. This method is time-consuming and laborious, and the effect is poor; ②Use the new "three concentric" The calibrator calibration method is convenient, fast, and high-precision, worthy of promotion.

The ring plate must be calibrated before knocking the spindle: it is required that the ring plate is always in a straight line with respect to the lifting position of the spindle, and the ring plate of the entire vehicle is in the same horizontal plane; the ring must be fastened firmly and not loose or skewed; the ring plate is raised and lowered Be flexible, free of vibration and stuttering.


Lift the ring plate to a certain position and then fix it. With the ring center as the positioning reference, set the ring and spindle centering gauge XG26 special tool on the spindle after starting up, so that the top surface of the tool spacer is in contact with the steel The top surfaces of the collars are flush with each other. Observe the gap between the rotating spacer (0.8 mm~1.0 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the ring) and the surface of the inner diameter of the ring. The small gap represents the skew direction of the spindle. Use special tools such as XG33 to knock the ingot seat to make the inner diameter of the ring and the distance between the center gauge and the spacing of the center gauge evenly consistent, so that the ring and the spindle are coaxial.


Knock the spindle method to calibrate the coaxial spindle and the ring, you must correctly understand the following points: the spindle and the ring are coaxial, which means the whole process of raising and lowering the ring plate; before knocking the spindle, remove the hemp hand and shaking the head spindle, if the spindle is bent or The spindle bearing is worn and the spindle runs unevenly, which will affect the coaxial calibration; before knocking the spindle, the spindle must be calibrated to be vertical, that is, to ensure that the spindle is perpendicular to the horizontal plane where the ring is located; the spindle must be knocked out, that is, the spindle nut must be loosened to 80 %~90%, then knock on the spindle, and then tighten the nut to avoid moving.

   After correcting the coaxiality of the spindle and the ring, the method of plumbing is usually used to correct the coaxiality of the guide hook and the spindle. First, check that the yarn guide is consistent in height, flexible swinging, and not loose, and ensure that the deviation between the yarn guide and the spindle center is not more than 0.5 mm. Secondly, check that the lifting rod of the yarn guide (commonly known as the "lamb's foot rod") is flexible, otherwise it is necessary to correct the lifting rod to make it vertical. Once again, thread the thread hammer into the yarn guide hook, make the thin thread attached to the surface of the yarn guide perpendicular to the direction of the yarn guide angle iron, so that this thin thread is at the sling point on the yarn guide hook and the real spinning yarn The contact state with the yarn guide is exactly the same. Adjust the long position of the guide plate on the guide angle iron (moving left and right) and the in and out position of the guide hook on the guide plate (moving back and forth), so that the tip of the thread hammer is aligned with the center of the top of the spindle, and the guide plate is fixed. And the guide hook, make sure its position is fixed. After that, turn on the machine and check the air ring status, and adjust the skewed air ring in time to eliminate the skewed and backward spindles, that is, correct the "live air ring".
