Andritz recently received an order from Zhejiang Baoren Hezhong Technology Co., Ltd. to provide it with a complete nexline Spunlace production line. The production line is scheduled to be installed and started up in the third quarter of 2021.
This high-yield Spunlaced Excelle series production line can produce various types of fibers, such as polyester, viscose, Tencel and bleached cotton. It is specially used for the production of sanitary products, such as disinfection wipes. The product weight is 30 g / m2 ~ 80 g / m2, and the production capacity can reach 20000 tons / year.
Andritz will provide a complete production line, including the latest equipment from web forming to drying. The scope of supply includes complete opening and mixing equipment, two on-line high-speed TT carding machines, jetlace essentinel unit (hydraulic entanglement) and nexdry double drum dryer. The end of the line will consist of a high speed winder supplied by A. Celli.
