Brushed fabric requirements for grey silk

The principle of sanding processing is to continuously grind the fibers on the surface of the fabric with emery paper wrapped on the rollers rotating at a high speed, so as to produce a plush effect, and the softness of the fabric has also been greatly improved. Water-jet woven fabrics are mainly used for sanding suede and peach skin. Polyester fine and ultra-fine denier fabrics must be sanded to achieve their respective predetermined style effects.

But the silk used for sanding has different requirements from conventional fabrics. The main requirements are:

(1) The fabric surface used for sanding must be even and flat, otherwise the effect of sanding will be affected. The so-called uniform leveling includes three requirements.

①Gray fabrics are not allowed to have creases, even very small creases will cause sanding strips, that is, the sanding in the wrinkles is too heavy, light or cannot be ground at all.

②The influence of Kushiro. Because of the existence of the Kushiro, the warp and weft of the silk surface are not on the same plane, which causes uneven grinding, and also produces a pass-like defect like a sanding strip.

The surface of the steel reed of the woven grey fabric must be flat, otherwise the weaving loops of the weft will be unevenly distributed, resulting in uneven grinding of the entire cloth surface, which will affect the basic style and appearance of the fabric.

(2) Requirements for fabric design. The main problem is the allocation of warp and weft density. When grinding the fabric with sanding paper, the first phase (warp or weft) thread in the fabric is ground first. Therefore, when designing the ratio of the warp and weft density of the fabric, full consideration must be given to making the phase of the predetermined fuzzing thread higher than that of the other phase. This requires comprehensive consideration of the types of warp and weft yarns, the type of raw yarn, and the fabric structure to obtain a reasonable warp and weft density configuration, otherwise it will seriously affect the effect of sanding, and even Zhang Guanli Dai. What should be ground in the end That phase of silk. Of course, in the post-processing, measures such as shrinkage can also be taken to make up for a little, but if the basic structure is unreasonable, the effect of the final product must be discounted.

(3) Fabrics used for rough grinding are the most demanding.

The honing method has unique advantages.

①The cost is low, because the fabric is directly lowered to the sander after the loom is lowered, thereby eliminating several processes such as drying, inspection and predetermined shape.

② Good feel. When the dryer is heated by the dryer, the warp direction of the fabric is tensioned, so the weft loop is more convex after weft shrinkage, which makes the subsequent grinding effect better. The temperature is around ℃, so the grey cloth can still be used for shrinking treatment after grinding. However, the method of blank grinding itself determines that the fabric must be inspected on the machine. Therefore, the quality requirements for the fabric will be very harsh, because there is one less critical check on blank inspection. At the same time, defects such as creases that are not conducive to sanding are absolutely not allowed. This means that all preparations must be made on the water jet loom for the subsequent polishing operation in one go.
