The function of additional carding device of card

Multi-section carding can optimize the design and configuration of card clothing specifications according to the fiber status of different sections and work tasks. Carding elements with different carding characteristics can be used for carding in different sections, making carding more efficient.


Swivel cover improves efficiency and longer life


After carding the lower rack cover and the rear fixed cover of the licker-in roller, the proportion of bundled fibers decreases, and the fibers entering the rotary cover-cylinder carding area are evenly distributed, reducing the filling and reducing the load. Extend, and the tooth density can be increased moderately.
