In my opinion, the first work to be done is the work of taker in roller. On the one hand, this work is easy to do, on the other hand, after the work of taker in roll is done well, the effect is obvious. Secondly, the work of the cover plate is more important than that of the cylinder, because the cover plate is not only carding, but also cleaning, and the cylinder is just carding.
In my past experience, the condition of flat card clothing in many factories investigated is very poor. Even for many flat card clothing with service life less than one year, the needle tip of the whole set has been ground flat, leaving only a flat steel wire. However, these textile factories thought that they had not reached the replacement period. They thought that the clothing was in good condition, but they had no sharpness at all. In fact, carding has been greatly reduced.
In fact, as a textile factory, we are not afraid of the normal wear and tear of the card clothing, we are afraid of the abnormal wear and tear, and the card clothing input has not obtained the proper use effect.

1. The toe surface of the heel of the cover plate was seriously worn, which accelerated the wear of the clothing.
2. The cylinder cover plate spacing is too small, resulting in the cylinder cover plate pin, accelerated wear.
3. The flatness of the covered card clothing is poor, and the table difference is large, and the dressing and grinding are too heavy to accelerate the wear of the cover plate.
4. The tensile strength of the cover chain is insufficient, fracture, deformation, wear, etc., which cause the cylinder cover plate clothing to connect the needle and accelerate the wear of the cover plate.
5. The needle clothing is in poor condition, filament winding, and the cover plate is not cleaned up, resulting in repeated wear of the needle tip.
6. The installation accuracy of carding is poor, and the cover plate and the front and rear cover plates are scratched, resulting in the wear of the card clothing.
7. The adjustment position of the old chopper blade is not good, scraping the card clothing on the cover plate, resulting in tooth tip damage, etc.
8. In the case of dead cover plate, the screw is stuck in the cover chain, causing the cover plate to float and accelerate the wear of the heel surface and curved rail surface of the cover plate. After a long time, the needle of the cover plate clothing is worn.
9. The excessive thickness of the flat pattern results in too large backward range during carding.
