Three level maintenance of sewing equipment
The "three-level maintenance system" of sewing equipment is an effective way to rely on everyone, give full play to the enthusiasm of employees, implement scientific management and do well in equipment maintenance.
1. Daily maintenance
The daily maintenance of sewing equipment shall be carried out by the operators. Ordinary equipment shall be checked carefully before or after the shift for 5-10 minutes, and key equipment shall be checked carefully before or after the shift for 10-15 minutes. It is also required to wipe all parts of the machine and add lubricating oil, so that the equipment is always neat, clean, lubricated and safe. In case of any failure of the equipment in the shift, it shall be eliminated in time.
2. First level maintenance
The machine needs to be maintained once a month (one shift system). The first level maintenance shall be conducted by the operator under the guidance of the maintenance man. The equipment shall be partially disassembled, inspected and cleaned as required, the oil way and pipeline shall be dredged, the oil line, linoleum and oil filter shall be cleaned, the positioning and matching clearance of each part of the equipment shall be adjusted, and the loose screws shall be tightened.
3. Secondary maintenance
In addition to the first level maintenance, the second level maintenance shall be carried out by the mechanical maintenance worker once a year. The equipment shall be partially disassembled, inspected and repaired, the worn parts shall be replaced or repaired, the electrical parts shall be cleaned, changed, inspected and repaired, and the accuracy shall be partially restored to meet the requirements of normal operation of the machine.
