Preshrinking machine is the finishing equipment for fabric mechanical preshrinking in modern clothing production. Under certain temperature, humidity and pressure conditions, it can eliminate the potential shrinkage share of clothing fabric by means of the elastic shrinkage deformation of fabric itself and the penetration and swelling principle of fabric and fiber.
Generally, preshrinking machine can be used for preshrinking of pure cotton, chemical fiber, blended fabric and woolen fabric. At present, there are two kinds of preshrinking machines commonly used in garment processing enterprises in China, namely rubber blanket preshrinking machine and blanket preshrinking machine.
Maintenance of preshrinking machine
In today's production, the daily maintenance of the preshrunk machine is mainly for three parts: transmission, work and drive.
First of all, for the transmission part of the preshrinking machine, we must check the driving gear and sprocket regularly, and if we find serious wear, we must remove and replace them in time. In addition, for the parts that need to be refueled, we need to add special lubricating oil regularly to ensure that the transmission part of the preshrunk machine is in good lubricating condition.
Secondly, for the working part, we should clean the rubber blanket and blanket at any time, and remove the impurities on the blanket surface in time. If the conveyor belt of the working part of the equipment is found to be aged or worn, we should replace the conveyor belt in time.
Finally, for the drive part, we only need to regularly and timely remove the dust and cloth debris in the preshrunk motor.
Common troubles of preshrinking machine and their solutions
Insufficient fabric shrinkage:
Because the fabric moving speed on the preshrinking machine is too fast, the time of fabric in water is not long enough, and the temperature is too low; the conveyor belt of rubber blanket and blanket is too thin; the diameter of heating roller is too large and so on will affect the preshrinking rate of fabric. We can improve the temperature by slowing down the conveying speed of fabric properly, change the thicker conveyor belt, change the heating roller and so on to solve the problem of fabric preshrinking rate Enough questions. (Note: the thickness of conveyor belt is generally 25.5mm-67mm; the diameter of heating roller shall be within 300mm-350mm. )
Deformation or damage of rubber blanket or blanket:
The main reasons for this problem are: there are some quality problems in the rubber blanket and the blanket itself, the distance between the feed roller and the heating roller, between the feed roller and the heating roller does not meet the requirements, the curvature of the blanket belt changes, the center of the feed roller and the heating roller are all on the same line, the wrap angle is the largest, and the blanket belt is easy to be damaged. To eliminate this fault, the operator can change the rubber blanket and blanket of standard quality; if the thickness of blanket belt is 25 mm, then we need to adjust the distance between the feed roller and heating roller to 25 mm ~ 33 mm; if the distance between the feed roller and heating roller is 25 mm ~ 30 mm, we need to adjust the center of the feed roller and heating roller so that the center of the heating roller is 1 mm higher than the center of the feed roller And so on.
The phenomenon of "biting" occurs when the cloth surface tilts forward:
This is mainly due to the fact that the in and out cloth roller of the preshrinking machine is not parallel to the heating roller, and the direction of the fabric entering the blanket belt is not in the tangent direction. Therefore, we can adjust the parallelism between the in and out cloth roller and the heating roller, and adjust the direction of the fabric entering the blanket belt, so that it can easily solve this problem.
When the in and out distribution rollers and heating rollers rotate, some of them are stagnant:
Through analysis, there are three main reasons for the partial stagnation of the in and out distribution roller and heating roller when they rotate: first, the in and out distribution roller and heating roller are not well matched or bent during the long-term operation; second, the transmission gear and sprocket are severely worn; third, the replaced bearing and the original equipment accessories are not properly matched. In view of these three reasons, we can correct the bending deflection of the roller shaft, replace the seriously worn transmission gear and sprocket in time, repair the unreasonable or bad parts and components and other methods to eliminate the equipment fault.
