Several common causes and prevention methods of channel stop:
1. Big knot and broken nose belt
The warp yarn shall be cut short or removed in time.
2. Knot removal
As the knot of the previous process and this process does not meet the requirements, the knot is required to be small and firm and meet the requirements.
3. Broken feather yarn or warped warp yarn
Feather yarn should be removed in time.
4. The winch stops the platform.
The twist head shall be handled in time and the docking shall be combed.
Several common causes and prevention methods of weft stop:
1. Weft yarn forms double weft at the inlet side
Check whether the opening of hank yarn is normal.
2. The weft yarn forms irregular double weft in the opening
The origin of double weft should be followed to check whether the warp yarn has defects such as big knot, small braid and feather yarn. If any, it should be dealt with in time.
3. Weft yarn is of weak twist or uneven thickness.
Check the weft and replace it in time in case of weak twist or uneven thickness.
4. Probe H2 has stains or flowers
If the loom shows long weft and the weft is normal, check whether probe H2 has stains or flowers.
5. Mechanical failure
It is a mechanical fault that the weft is blown out of the main nozzle, but it does not reach the end, and it is in the same position several times in a row. It should be repaired by the repairman in time.
