I. premise for normal operation of the system
Good use environment
1. The reasonable working environment of the computer sewing equipment, first of all, do not install the equipment where there is strong electric sound or high frequency welding torch, strong electric sound will affect the equipment or cause the equipment not to work normally.
2. The workshop should keep the indoor temperature of 5-35 ℃, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment.
3. Humidity will cause short circuit in the machine. It is better to keep the relative humidity at 45-85%. It cannot be installed together with the sewing equipment with steam.
4. The dust is easy to corrode the circuit board, so the equipment shall be kept clean, and the workshop shall also be kept clean.
5. It must use a regulated power supply (Power Supply Bureau or voltage regulator) with grounding function (if the power supply must be cut off, it must be shut down first). For example, it is strictly prohibited to set up a live wire on any three-phase live wire of 380V, and then set up a zero line as the power supply of 220V as the power line of computer sewing equipment, which often causes frequent equipment accidents or crashes (mainly the cause of high or low voltage). Maintenance personnel often do not pay attention to this point, but try their best to adjust the equipment, resulting in many unnecessary troubles. In fact, only need to stabilize the power supply, the equipment will return to normal immediately.
6. Any computer sewing equipment must be maintained under the rated voltage of the power supply bureau, not more than ± 10%. Excessive or insufficient power will affect the normal operation of the equipment, but the power supply must be greater than the power consumption required by the sewing machine.
7. The machine should avoid direct exposure to the sunlight of the outdoor slant, the temperature generated by the light on the head of the machine is easy to burn the display, and the light on the frame is easy to burn the chip in the host machine, causing major accidents, so the workshop where the sunlight can shine in must be equipped with doors and curtains.
8. Turn off the power supply in lightning weather, because lightning will directly affect the normal operation of the equipment.
Develop the habit of using computer sewing equipment correctly
1. Power on sequence: peripheral (power switch) - display - host.
2. Shutdown sequence: host display peripheral.
3. Do not turn on and off the computer frequently, or the current will easily impact the hardware. When the computer is working, it will turn off suddenly and damage the computer easily.
4. When shutting down, it is necessary to turn off all startup switches of running program, and then exit in normal order, otherwise it is easy to damage the system and fail to start.
Power supply software and hardware status
1. After starting the machine, the operator shall observe the self inspection of the equipment, and do not touch the computer (host) during the self inspection.
2. Click each system of the device to check the operation of the device.
II. Basic maintenance of hardware
card
Anti static, static can burn the chip. The static electricity of human body is tens of thousands of volts to hundreds of thousands of volts. When contacting the computer with electricity, it will break through any chip, air drying or chemical fiber pure wool clothing, etc. can cause static electricity. Note that when generating static electricity, never touch the host with your hands.
Daily maintenance of CPU
When the CPU exceeds Ig, the problem of hardware heat dissipation will lead to computer failure, system crash and CPU burnout. When the CPU exceeds a certain humidity, it will automatically sleep and the device cannot be started.
1. Heat dissipation: ensure that the fan in the machine operates well. In case of frequent crash, shut down the machine immediately and check whether the fan operates.
2. Shockproof: the movement of the equipment and the movement of the fan produce resonance, which is easy to wear the fan.
3. Decompression: ensure the air circulation, and reduce the core pressure of CPU.
4. Live safely: ensure the power supply is stable, so as to avoid accidents.
5. Dust removal: remove the dust in the machine to prevent short circuit of circuit board, etc.
6. Self diagnosis: in case of abnormal sound, frequent crash and peculiar smell of the equipment, it is necessary to pay attention to the operation of computer accessories at all times. It is forbidden to keep power on for a long time under the state of crash, and check whether the sound of the equipment is normal.

1. Operators of computer sewing equipment must receive safety and operation training before getting on the machine to ensure safe operation and correct use of the equipment.
2. All safety devices shall be installed before starting the equipment, otherwise it may lead to the occurrence of injury events. Therefore, for the safety of you and others, do not dismantle the safety devices.
3. During the use of the equipment, do not touch any starting part or press any object on the machine, otherwise it may cause damage to the operator or the equipment itself.
4. If the equipment is equipped with an automatic presser foot bar, do not touch the solenoid part, otherwise it may cause fire.
Cleaning, maintenance and repair
1. Turn off the switch before cleaning. Otherwise, if the switch is pressed carelessly, the machine will start immediately and cause injury.
2. Pay attention to keep the environment clean and prevent dust from entering the control box.
3. Reduce the humidity and dust in the air.
4. Prevent the equipment from being damaged by too high or too low temperature, too high or too low temperature.
5. Do not put the water container on the machine to prevent water from flowing into the control box.
