Preventive measures for some yarn defects

The most harmful point of the winding process quality problem is that this is the last process and there is basically no space to make up. Therefore, our work is to prevent the winding process from quality accidents, rather than to solve them.

Many textile factory technicians only take care of the yarn quality report, while the yarn quality report does not attach much importance to it. This is an obvious mistake. It should be understood that the customer is buying the yarn rather than the tube yarn.

In this paper, the accident points of multi-point winding process are mentioned, and the prevention methods are also listed. Although they are limited to the old-fashioned common winding process, they are of great reference value.

Without long-term work in the front line of the workshop, it is impossible to write such accurate and in place technical articles, which is worth collecting.

In order to improve the quality of yarn, we use the method of inverted yarn in our daily work to spot check the quality of yarn. During the inspection, it is found that the yarn spun on ga014 winder has defects such as loose tube, surface damage, overlapping yarn, poor forming, unqualified joint, "pigtail" yarn, flying flower attachment, etc. In view of the above quality problems, we have taken corresponding measures to prevent them.

(1) Loose tube defect. The defect shows that some of the yarns are not tightly wound on the surface of the package, but are relatively loose, which leads to the failure of normal unwinding at high speed, which is caused by too small yarn tension. Cause of formation: there are granular impurities or large flying flowers between the two tension bowls, which causes the tension bowl not to rotate and the yarn tension is too small; the probe rod fails and the smaller tension can not hold the probe rod, so that the probe rod can lift the yarn; the yarn does not pass through the normal channel and the tension is spun out. In view of the above reasons, the tension bowl can be cleaned in time, and the probe bar can be frequently repaired. At the same time, the tension spinning can be avoided, and the quality awareness of the staff can be strengthened. In case of "loose skin yarn" defect on the package, the loose yarn shall be removed to prevent it from being wound on the package.

(2) Yarn surface damage. There are two kinds of damage on the surface of the drum yarn, one is that the drum surface is worn out, the other is that the big end of the drum has a circle of wear out. The former is due to the damage of the self stop box or the heavy load on the failed yarn detecting rod by the operator on duty, which causes the spindle not to lift automatically after the yarn is broken. In this case, the maintenance worker shall timely repair the damaged self-stop box and yarn detecting rod, and the on-duty lathe worker is not allowed to handle it by himself. The latter is caused by the loose core of the spindle or the improper relative position of the groove cylinder and the spindle. When this phenomenon is found, the spindle shall be repaired by the maintenance worker before production.

(3) Overlap the bobbin. The overlapping bobbin is caused by the excessive runout of the bobbin, unstable rotation or the failure of the intermittent device of the winder. When the spindle angle is not right, it is easy to produce overlapping bobbin. When this kind of spindle appears, it should be repaired in time and reversed.

(4) Forming defects. The yarn with poor forming is caused by the yarn mark in the guide slot of the slotted drum or the improper operation of the operator on duty. For this kind of spindle, the maintenance worker shall grind the groove cylinder, and the operator on duty shall stop the groove cylinder before cleaning, so as to avoid damaging the groove cylinder and affecting the formation of the cylinder.

(5) Unqualified joint. The unqualified joints are mainly shown as knot rewinding, low knot strength and big knot hairiness. For knot quality control, it is necessary to let the operator on duty develop the habit of knot inspection, and pay attention to avoid the phenomenon of return wire attachment caused by too long return head. At the same time, the maintenance worker is required to check the splicing quality of the splicer every day to ensure the splicing qualification rate of the splicer.

(6) "Little braid" yarn. The yarn defect is mainly caused by improper operation. When the winder is stopped and then started, the yarn shall be tensioned and then the handle of the self stop box shall be pressed to prevent the yarn from "pigtail" yarn defects due to twist.

(7) Flying yarn defect. The yarn defect is caused by flying into the cylinder behind the electronic yarn cleaner or the electronic yarn cleaner is missed. In production, the cleaning around the spindle should be strengthened to ensure the blowing effect of the dust blower; the electronic yarn cleaner should be overhauled to reduce the number of missed cuts, so as to effectively reduce the flying yarn defects in the bobbin.

The improvement of the inner quality of the yarn needs the joint efforts of all the staff. The inner quality of the yarn can be reduced and the whole quality of the yarn can be improved by improving the operation level and enhancing the sense of responsibility.
