1.4 Adjustment of grinding process of domestic common separation rubber roller

2 Analysis and solution of winding of combing rubber roller
2.1 drafting rubber roller
The drawing rubber roller has a high rotation speed, is easy to generate static electricity, and absorbs fibers to cause entanglement. Moreover, the rubber roller cleaner and the surface of the rubber roller are in linear contact, and the adaptability to temperature and humidity is poor, and it is easy to be entangled due to poor contact between the cleaner and the rubber roller.
(1) Use a cleaning rubber sleeve with a diameter of about 20mm (the rubber sleeve material for the cleaner under the slats), and directly coat it on the steel strip iron iron cleaner. The two sides of the rubber sleeve should be tightly placed on the original long strip of iron. On the bracket, the rubber sleeve is not allowed to rotate after driving, so as to increase the friction between the rubber sleeve and the rubber roller. The rubber sleeve and the rubber roller are in surface contact and have a strong cleaning effect, and can effectively remove the accumulated flower adhered to the surface of the rubber roller, which can reduce The rubber roller is entangled due to the electrostatic adsorption of the fiber.
(2) Cut the 195mm long spinning frame to scrap the lower rubber ring, and stick it with the universal glue on the original long strip iron iron cleaner (some manufacturers use organic soft material) to make it face contact with the rubber roller. It can also reduce the effect of winding the rubber roller.

2.2 Separation rubber roller.
The temperature and humidity fluctuate greatly, the drafting ratio of the preparation process is too high, the small volume is too light, the sugar content of the raw material is too high, and the temperature and humidity are not well controlled, which may cause the winding of the separation rubber roller.
(1) Control the moisture regain of the raw materials, and the moisture regain of the combed strips should not be lower than 5.5% under normal conditions. The fibers should always be in a dehumidified state during processing to reduce static electricity. In the clearing, carding and combing processes, humidifying nozzles can be added to increase the humidity in the workshop.
(2) The temperature of the combing workshop should not be lower than 25 °C, and the relative humidity should not be lower than 50%. The humidity of small fibers is easy to generate static electricity, usually the relative humidity is controlled at 55-60%, generally not more than 65%, otherwise it will Causes winding around the roller. The amount of moisture in the air is closely related to the operating efficiency and product quality.
(3) Where conditions permit, the preparation process may select a lower draw ratio, a heavier lap count, a longer feed length, and a forward feed cotton process.
(4) When using raw cotton with a sugar content of 3.0 or higher, if the separation rubber roller is stuck, wrapped, wound, etc., the ratio should be reduced or the raw cotton with a sugar content of 2.5 or less should be reduced, if conditions permit. Understand as much as possible the lower temperature and relative humidity of the workshop.
(5) Add a proper amount of lubricating oil, with a slight spill as well, and wipe off the spilled grease to avoid contamination of the roller and the rubber roller. Keep the surface of the separation roller clean, clean the surface of the cleaning roller, and replace the surface of the rubber roller with a knife or crack.
