Classification and characteristics of spinning frame:
The common roving frames can be divided into three types: frame spinning frame, walking frame spinning frame and ring spinning frame.
Frame spinning frame and spinning frame are both intermittent spinning frames. Ring spinning frame belongs to continuous spinning frame.
There are some differences in the spinning methods of these three roving frames, and there are also many differences in performance.
According to the relevant research, the evenness of ring spinning frame is relatively lower than the former two, but the spinning efficiency is higher than the other two. Each of the three spinning frames has its own merits.
Different roving frames have different yarns because of the difference in spinning. The former two methods are horizontal, no control area is long, winding is not twisting, twisting is not winding, twist balance is good, all its evenness is much better, but its drafting area is too long.
The twisting mode of ring spinning frame is vertical, and the balance time of twist is short, so its evenness is poor. Because of the short uncontrollable area, the problem of end breakage is much less.
It is because of the different working mechanism that leads to the differences in the quality and efficiency of the production. For each enterprise, different roving frames can achieve the highest efficiency only according to the actual needs of their own production.
