When fibers are wrapped around an axis (the axis of the yarn) to resist the tension that the yarn is subjected to during fabric formation, it is called twisting.




For example, when weaving fabrics, two different types of yarns with "S" and "Z" twist are used in the warp, therefore, since these yarns reflect light in different ways, a patterned fabric is obtained. .

A twister is a machine that folds and twists multiple yarns, similar to a doubling machine. The most important difference between a twisting machine and a doubling machine; the presence of a twisting device in a twisting machine and the twisting of the yarn in addition to the doubling process.

The ring twisting machine is one of the double twisting machines used for flat twisting, and can perform single twisting and double twisting.

The single strands of yarn to be twisted are combined on the bobbin with the same tension to prepare the twisting machine.
If the yarn is not cleaned before pliing, the yarn is passed through a filter to remove defective parts.
It is wound in spool form and in long lengths to facilitate handling of all subsequent processes.
