The process reliability of the new automatic hipermask production line is very high, which can ensure the consistent quality stability of finished products and the daily production capacity of more than 50000 masks. Hipermask production line includes material feeding, nose clip feeding and positioning, ultrasonic welding unit, ear hook or headband feeding, mask folding and pressing and mask packaging. In hipermask production line, many advanced independent units are combined into a unique solution, including unwinder with 6 working positions to ensure synchronous feeding without distortion; through Emerson The mask is welded by Branson ultrasonic welding technology; the printing unit can stick labels (including product number and company logo) on both sides; the mask folding unit with vision sensor and linear unit can realize automatic alignment. Another outstanding feature of the production line is that it can shape and weld masks with different sizes and different profiles.
