In the tariff adjustment plan of 2021, items 528 to 551 of Schedule 1 "tentative tariff rate table for imported goods" relate to textiles and clothing; item 26 of schedule 2 "most favored nation tariff rate table for some information technology products" relate to textiles and clothing; Schedule 3 "tariff rate table for tariff quota goods" relate to textile raw materials such as wool, top and cotton; schedule 7 Most of the textiles and clothing are involved in the "table of tariff rates for import commodities under the relevant agreements for further tax reduction".
From July 1, 2021, China will implement the sixth step of tax reduction on the most favored nation tax rate of 176 information technology products.
In order to meet the needs of industrial development and scientific and technological progress, facilitate trade management and statistics, and standardize the implementation of the coordination system of commodity names and codes, some tax items will be adjusted in 2021. After the adjustment, the total number of tax items is 8580.
