Wang Anjian said that the construction of the platform of China Textile Machinery Association and Weaving Machinery Branch has played an important role in strengthening the communication and exchange between enterprises in the industry, and has promoted the development and progress of the industry and enterprises. He hoped that colleagues in the industry would enjoy the gathering fully in Qingdao.
Li Xueqing gave a special report on the current development of the weaving machinery industry at the meeting. According to reports, since 2018, domestic looms have been demand-oriented, and their performance, product applicability and product grade have been continuously improved. Overall, the equipment features of high speed, high efficiency and low consumption are outstanding. At the same time, enterprises pay attention to automation and intellectualization in product research and development, so as to better promote production efficiency and product quality.
With regard to the related work on the construction of industry innovation system, she introduced the application of China Textile Machinery Association's science and technology guiding plan projects by enterprises in weaving machinery industry in 2018 and 2019, the appraisal of scientific and technological achievements completed by enterprises since the end of 2018, the awards of industry science and technology awards, the patents granted by key enterprises in the industry in 2018, and the China Textile Machinery Association. The situation of weaving R&D centers and the standardization of textile machines in the R&D center of textile machinery products. It is reported that in 2018, there are 4 items, including Zheng Textile Machine, Changling Textile and Electricity, Central Plains Institute of Technology and GA316 sizing machine and CA182 air-jet loom declared by Wuhan Textile University; in 2019, the declared items include the G1739 high-speed rapier loom of Zheng Textile Machine and Xi'an University of Engineering, and the research of electromagnetic/air composite weft insertion technology. In 2018, a total of 204 patents were granted to 45 key weaving machinery enterprises, including 50 invention patents.
In his speech, Li Xueqing introduced the weaving equipment exhibited by ITMA in 2019. There are 182 weaving machinery exhibition enterprises in ITMA 2019. Many representative enterprises in China participated in the exhibition. As a focal point of communication, she introduced and analyzed in detail the technology of weaving equipment products that deserved attention in this exhibition, including exhibits of Van der Waal, Staubel, Ida, Donnell, Picca, Smith, Tsuda Ju and Toyota.
How can downstream enterprises promote their efficient operation? What measures and needs do they have in the weaving process?
Cao Wuhu, chief engineer of Lutai Textile Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the meeting and shared information. It is reported that as the world's largest producer of high-grade yarn-dyed fabrics, Lutai has formed a whole industry chain operation mode from cotton breeding and planting to spinning, bleaching, weaving, finishing, garment making and double-line brand marketing. Cao Wuhu shared the management and technological innovation of Lutai quasi-weaving equipment around the quasi-weaving process, the main production link of its yarn-dyed production system. In terms of quasi-weaving equipment management, he focused on the quasi-weaving equipment management control process and control measures, as well as EAM equipment management information system. With regard to the technical innovation of quasi-weaving equipment, Cao Wuhu developed and equipped an automatic measuring device for slurry viscosity, an automatic sizing system, an automatic winching and warping system, an automatic equipment cleaning machine, an AGV automatic transportation system, a warp breaking and sectional display device, a walking balance car, a modular trailer system and an APR automatic weft extraction system. The system, as well as the quasi-weaving on-line management and control system, as well as its value are introduced. He also said that around the current weaving enterprises are generally faced with the problem of how to automate warping, sizing, warping and automatic warping, reed-piercing, automatic looming processes in series, the enterprise will continue to explore new ways, around the integration of intelligent manufacturing and two modernizations, and continue to develop self-suitable for enterprises. To improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, we should make use of advanced technology to build digital and intelligent chemical plants.
Speaking on the advanced weaving technology at home and abroad, he introduced the characteristics of advanced manufacturing technology and the problems existing in domestic weaving technology. He said that the homogeneity of domestic equipment products is serious, the lack of original technology and core competitiveness, weak basic research, and enterprises in the industry should pay attention to it. With regard to the innovative design of weaving technology, he introduced the dynamics of the formation of precision woven fabrics, the evolution and innovative design of rapier weft insertion mechanism, and the design of cam mechanism oriented to the serialization of looms, which broadened the thinking for technological innovation of enterprises. As an important direction of industrial restructuring in China's textile industry, the future development prospects of industrial textiles are promising. Based on this hot product technology, Jiang Xiuming introduced and analyzed the application of industrial looms and industrial textiles. In his speech, he not only introduced the situation of looms in flat fabrics, three-dimensional fabrics, wire mesh and synthetic materials, but also analyzed the typical enterprise equipment technology in various fields. Through this exchange, I believe that many enterprises will have a new understanding of sustained technological innovation and market expansion.
The Sino-US trade situation is the focus of attention both inside and outside the industry. Many enterprises are not clear about the current situation. Liu Yaozhong, deputy director of the International Trade Office of the China Textile Industry Federation, exchanged information on the evolution of the Sino-US trade war and its impact on the industry. In his speech, he started with the current "great change in the past 100 years", the change of global political and economic forces, the change of data-driven business model under the scientific and technological revolution, the impact of digitization on people, organizations, industries and even the country, and the distinctiveness of China in economic, technological and military fields. The analysis is made. Liu Yaozhong said that these are important backgrounds for the formation of Sino-US trade frictions.
In view of the evolution of the Sino-US trade war, the time course of imposing tariffs on China and the counter-measures taken by China, the expansion of the scope of tariffs and the 12 rounds of high-level economic and trade consultation show how the trade war has increased from $50 billion to $200 billion in more than a year. The analysis also shows that in the course of trade war, China has evolved from surprise to stability and then to rigidity. With these analyses, we can see clearly the evolution of Sino-US trade war.
