In 2020, the total amount of textile fiber processing for industrial use in China will reach 19.44 million tons, accounting for 33.7% of the total textile industry in China, and the total industrial output value will exceed 1.6 trillion yuan. Last year, China exported $63.5 billion worth of masks and protective clothing, accounting for more than 80% of the import volume of major countries in the world.
China has accumulated strong technical and talent advantages in high-performance fiber, special forming technology and functional finishing, but compared with developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan, there is still a certain gap in high-end fields such as industrial textiles. During the two sessions of the National People's Congress, some representatives of the textile industry suggested that we should make breakthroughs in key areas, build a long board of China's industry, and ensure the global competitive advantage of China's textile industry. Promoting the transformation of traditional manufacturing industry with the progress and development of science and technology, the textile industry is accelerating the pace of transformation and upgrading, and promoting intelligent manufacturing is one of the key links.
Chen Lifen, deputy to the National People's Congress and Secretary of the Party committee of Jiangsu Sunshine Group, said that during the epidemic period, some intelligent manufacturing enterprises, relying on the advantages of automatic production lines, intelligent factories and network operation and maintenance platforms, took the lead in resuming work and production, and the efficiency and benefits were improved to a certain extent. This reflects that intelligent manufacturing can not only enhance the resilience against emergencies, but also play an important role in the smooth operation of market players and the stability of industrial chain and supply chain.
Chen Lifen believes that in order to further develop intelligent manufacturing and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, we should carry out the work from three aspects: first, set up the national special fund for intelligent manufacturing to support the intelligent transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises and cultivate new international competitive advantages of China's manufacturing industry. The second is to formulate the implementation plan of intelligent manufacturing, gather and integrate various innovative and advanced technology resources, and promote the overall improvement of quality and efficiency of China's traditional manufacturing industry. Third, give full play to the role of government guidance and association platform, promote the shared manufacturing mode, create the intelligent manufacturing industry ecosystem, and enhance the international competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing.
"The traditional manufacturing industry is not a" backward manufacturing industry ". The traditional manufacturing industry will never be out of date and will only keep pace with the times." Shao Changjin, deputy to the National People's Congress and chairman of Xinxiang Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., said that the traditional manufacturing industry should be integrated with informatization and intelligence to form the traditional advantage of "made in China" of strengthening board, which is the foundation of China's solid economic development.
"At present, the traditional manufacturing industry is in the process of transformation and upgrading to informatization, automation, intelligence, flexibility and ecology. It is urgent for the relevant departments of the state to issue incentive policies for the traditional manufacturing industry to help these enterprises speed up the pace of scientific and technological progress and transformation and upgrading, and promote the high-quality development of the traditional manufacturing industry." Shao Changjin said. Textile supply chain is no longer in the new era of controllable competition, but in the era of independent supply chain.
Wang Hongxing, deputy to the National People's Congress and general manager of Binzhou Yaguang Home Textile Co., Ltd., said that the healthy development of an industry is inseparable from the coordinated development and common improvement of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. If any link has problems, the whole industrial chain and supply chain will be affected, and normal and stable production and supply are difficult to be guaranteed.
