Mechanical recovery is still the most important means of waste textile recovery, and the use of non-woven technology for waste textile processing is not only cost-effective, but also to ensure the quality of products.

As a pioneer in the field of waste textile recycling equipment, at the ITMA 2019 exhibition, gomats mainly introduced two air laying systems, lap formair V and lap formair H.
Lap formair h is horizontal and can handle ultra short fiber. The length of fiber can be treated is 1-60mm, and the weight of product is 100-4500g / m2.
The production capacity of the two equipments is very high, and the raw materials have strong adaptability. They can not only process the original fiber and the waste regenerated fiber, but also process the non fibrotic raw materials. At present, the capacity of the two types of equipment is up to 500kg / (H · m).
Gomats can combine two different laying methods in one production line, so as to produce composite fiber products with different mixture combinations, different densities and two laying methods of horizontal and vertical arrangement. These innovative combination products have unique performance, such as excellent heat insulation, sound insulation effect, high strength at low density, suitable for many different applications.
In terms of transforming waste textiles into new products with new value, laroux has carried out in-depth research and developed production lines with various configurations for different kinds of raw materials.
(1) recovery and treatment of cotton waste: it is used for opening and cleaning of all kinds of cotton waste. The production line adopts modular design with high output rate. The working width is 500-2000mm.
